They provided amazing services, let us know what was needed and what we were able to work on later when we could. We did use financing and they promised to keep us under that approved amount and they did. They finished up working on 2 cars in 2 days, that is some of the quickest we’ve ever received on our cars back, with the best quality. Overall great work done and we will return if needed.

John was professional and courteous. I need to service my complete AC system. However he discovered my new motor was only firing on 3-4 cylinders with his diagnostic system and mechanic. I am going to take back my suv as soon as I repair my motor! Thanks John!

Scamming people they are overpriced and I overheard one of the conversations the manager was having with a technician to do a job under the table and not replace parts. That is not OK don’t go here. They may have a nice face, but your car is getting screwed over in the process

The diagnostic was very thorough, identifying several systems that they advised attention to. They took the time to explain everything and several possibilities for things to get worse or better.
They also worked with me on price, which was steeper than I was expecting (but I suppose that’s always true).

Normally if one pays for diagnostic work and then hires the same mechanic to do the repairs, the diagnostic fee is rolled in with the repairs. Not with this company. I was not warned about this beforehand and discovered it upon paying my bill. This bothered me tremendously.

Called Route 66 Automotive on a Monday morning & they fixed my car same day! With excellent customer service from Issac & John, I felt comfortable leaving my car there all day, while I was at work. They kept me updated with detailed texting & pictures. A little after lunch, I got a call from Issac with a great price quote! Couldn’t recommend these guys more!Service: A/C installation & repair
