I usually enjoy shopping in ross because of the wide array of things you can find from household to clothing. But I had an awful experience at this ross. It just reminds you that being black in America is a crime in and of itself. The loss prevention team seemed to think it was appropriate to follow me and my daughter around the store like some type of criminals. This just happened to be a store to kill time in while my car was supercharging. But instead it became a very uncomfortable experience

This Ross was pretty decent compared to the other ones in the city. Pretty nice selection too

There was no line to make my purchase. The staff was friendly and I was greeted when I arrived.

Great Ross, I never saved that much for 8 items all clothings, socks, a pair of sandals and an action figure costed me only $80 what a steal, they did't have a lot of toys, but they had some very good prices on clothing, big brands I could use like North face and Michael Korr, also True Religion, I bought them all in one sitting, not enough men's fragrances brands except for CK and a bunch of so so ones. Another store in Fontana that saved me a trip from driving around. Must come back for more

We were looking for a pair of sneakers for our grandchildren. While they had a good variety but they didn't carry all sizes of each shoe, so we were unable to make a purchase. Both our grandchildren picked out their shoe style, but Ross didn’t have the size available. We spent almost 40 minutes looking for the shoe style they wanted, but there was nothing available in either of our grandchildren's size. That made this trip to Ross a waste of time.

The assistant manager is a terrible person and extremely inappropriate for her position, not at all professional, because of two questions that a client asks her, she just to finish the conversation says "I don't feel comfortable with this conversation" her name is Cristina.
