I've never had problems that other Ross locations but this one had a woman at the register who was rushing everybody to the extent of discomfort. The gentleman behind me obviously did not want to walk right up behind me while I was still trying to check out. At least let me put the card in the slot before you're encouraging someone else to push me out of the way. I don't have a problem with the store but that particular cashier needs to be spoken to. ?

I was in Ross tonight doing an exchange. I stood in line for approximately 20 mins, two cashiers and line was wrapped around the long check out entrance. When I finally approached the cashier she expected me to know exactly which items were on which receipt. And asked me to step aside till I could figure it out. In other words her job. Then the second employee came up and n a rude tone saying if she doesn’t want to step side you can refuse the return. No the hell you’re not going to refuse the return, I had receipts. They finally completed the refund. Then the cashier who was rude to me began yelling at the customer at the next register because the woman was requesting her senior discount but the daughter was paying with the woman’s card ( she handed her, her ID so she could verify) the cashier said it ain’t my job to verify who you are. You have to pay, it was clear the woman was elderly and her daughter is her care giver. The woman asked kindly to lower her voice and not be so rude, the cashier got louder and very angry. These employees need a refresher course on customer service, common sense and common respect! There are many places we can all spend our money..not that one customer is going to make a difference but I personally will be taking my business elsewhere.

I found a large furniture item I wanted to purchase. I carried to check out. As soon as I got to the register the cashier was rude and informed me that I would get no assistance taking it out the store even though I never asked to help. She told me to rip off the tag and went to take it off. I told her no and just told her to ring it up. I carried to my car without assistance. If I knew for sure that it was at another Ross, I would've went there to purchase it.

Rosa the manager is an extremely disrespectful person. She must be pushing 50 but has the communication skills of a 14 year old bully. I feel sorry for her and the people she manages.

Very nice store and everything is on order. More amazing is the staff is very. All the shoes are in the proper spot. The size 9 1/2 were in the size 91/2! . As where all the other shoe sizes. Very well kept store and clean. This is one of the best organized Ross stores I haven't been in and I travel all over the United States.

This has been my local ross for 6 years. Never had any complaints till yesterday 1/22/24. First of all the store could use some a/c?anytime i shop im sweating after a few minutes. Anyways, yesterday i showed up for what i heard was a .49 sale on items. There was a woman worker towards the back of the store talking mad $h1t on all her customers it was honestly disgusting what she said. Basically she was blaming us customers for packing the store up and not giving them room to put stuff on shelves but helloo?? thats what happens when theres a high savings sale. It was so unaccounted for. I did not get her name unfortunately but she’s lucky i didn’t snap at her for the things she said….She says we aregreedyimpatient“gang up on other employees”etc

I only gave 1 star so I could write a review. Today choose to shop at a Ross store in my neighborhood in hopes to find clothing for my children. While shopping for them there was an area by the fitting room that had several chairs for sale with children sitting in that area. When those children left who were Latin my children sat down who are African American sat down. Moments later Rosa who identified her self as the store Manager came of and told us we could sit there. Several store employees walked by my children and hadn't said anything just like they didn't say anything to the Latin children who were there before mine. Overall it was a nasty encounter and I will never visit this location again. After spend over $100 in the store I expected for my family to be treated with more respect.
