My wife has been taking her SUV to Rock Honda for service - the only shop that has serviced her car. At 28,000 miles they told her she needed new tires in the front. There is indeed excessive wear on the front tires. They were hoping to sell her new tires at 28K miles without being able to explain why they hadn't rotated her tires, and why the rear tires still have great tread. Guess what Rock Honda. There is no way you can expect to sell us tires as a reward for failing to rotate our tires. I like to buy 4 tires at once and have them rotated and balanced on a schedule. We'll buy tires elsewhere.It wasn't my idea for her to buy the oil change package and let Rock Honda service her SUV. As soon as she's done with the oil change package, she won't be returning to Rock Honda.This was a simple, unforced error. If Rock can't handle simple maintenance issues that are visible to the naked eye, how could we trust them with more complex internal engine problems down the road?

I took my car in and it sat there for four days before I was contacted with an update. I made numerous attempts to call and all were unanswered or I was told I would receive a call back and never did, including 2 attempts to speak with a manager left unreturned. They also serviced my vehicle for an airbag recall which resulted in them cracking the plastic on my dashboard. Immediately upon picking up my car I noticed my dashboard lights malfunctioning and a couple days later my AC unit is now also malfunctioning. I took my vehicle back to the dealership and was told that the issues are completely unrelated. The tech said it's pure coincidence that these issues sprung up after they did work to that part of my car. Maybe this would be more believable if there's wasn't physical damage to my car. I'm supposed to believe they were careful enough no to damage anything internally when they clearly were not careful enough to avoid external damage. I will NEVER take my car there again. And I wish I had read reviews prior to going in because this is apparently their standard of service. My car is damaged and worse off than it was before I left it. Thanks Honda.

I came to Rock Honda for a regular service. Oil and filter and tire rotation. It was the first service due on my car. I made an appointment to visit them but when I got there the line was really far back, I waited 45 mins to check. I got there at 9:15am and my appointment time was 9:30. After check I was told it would take 4-5 hours to have my car back. Which was outrages. I have taken another vehicle here before and and had never had such a bad experience. 3.5 hrs later they call me to tell me my car is ready. 20 mins later they call me again to tell me they damaged my car. I now I have to get their to pick up a rental car in the meantime my car is getting repaired. I was quoted 2-3 days and later turned into 1 week. At the end of the one week (Friday) I call the dealership because no one has called about my car. When the service man finally calls me back he says that the auto body was missing a part and I would get my car by Monday and Tuesday the latest. I didn't hear from them Monday so Tuesday afternoon I call again. The service man tells me it's still not done but it should now be done by tomorrow (Wednesday). I pick up my car Thursday afternoon (today during lunch) only to find that my car is now missing the front license plate and the wheel lock key is missing. This is now going to be another trip back to the dealer. You would think that they would have the decency to do a quality check and also wash the car after going to the auto body. My car is absurdly dusty.***Update***I went to the dealer on 8/30/23 only to get no help again. Since 8/26/23 I have been calling the dealer to speak with the manager who I left a message for and have yet to hear back from them today 8/30/23. I also left another message for the service personnel who did the initial intake of my car, Arif, who has yet to call me back respond to the text I sent with the photo of the loose container. I am deeply upset with the customer service here. Their lack of care and empathy speaks volumes!

What a nightmare!!People plz read the reviews. I know many of us think. "It's Honda a corporate company they must be legit" ..WRONG!! I've taken my car for the AC recall.. a minimum of 3 times.. FINALLY at my 4th appt they fully fixed my AC... But it came with a price.. $2300.00 I fought it because I had proof that I've taken it only to Rock Honda and it should have been caught one of the first 3 times.. so I paid my deductible...My AC is working now yes... but my car was given back to me with damages. They removed my cowl and damaged it along with my windshield.. they removed the dashboard in order to fix my AC but guess what.. the AC button was damaged it turns on and off on its own.. it's been a total disaster.. I've communicated this to the service rep Maria and a female manager that didn't even acknowledge my existence. (White lady located in the entrance on the right hand office.. ) At first, they claimed that my car was given to them in that condition... we explained how it wasn't possible.. Maria and the Manager on site took a few minutes to speak to their MIT mechanics.. As they returned the manager walked away without a word. Maria then said they will repair it and to return.. Aug 15.. As that day approached Maria informed me that the parts haven't yet arrived, and that they will not be taking responsibility for my windshield.So now I'm taking it in today at 1:15 to get this sorted out once and for all.. mind you I am eight months pregnant. This is not ideal for me to be dealing with. I will give everybody an update ! And hopefully get names this time.Update 1:34 pm..Amanda on site manager was sooo rude unbelievable!! She states she wasn't here anymore and she should have been off already caring for her grandmother. She refused to fix the damages as her reject Forman stated he didn't do the damages.. What pisses me off is she was rude and was staying she couldn't hear me... sick disgusting service!!! NEVER AGAIN !!

I had an appointment at 9AM for an oil change, I arrived at 8:50AM. I pulled into the service area, I would say there were about 8-10 cars in front of me already. Upon parking, someone greeted me, asked why I was here, and placed some paperwork on my dashboard. They told me to stay in the car & wait for an advisor. About 2-3 minutes later, another worker comes by and does a tire safety inspection. When they finished, they told me to wait & an advisor would be with me as soon as possible. It took 25 minutes for an advisor to come up to me & bring me inside, get the paperwork settled & inform me it would be $140 for an oil change and a tire rotation. At no point was there any discussion of my online appointment. I am convinced it was completely unnecessary and a total waste. You just drive up and they do it as walk-in service. There were probably 25-30 people waiting in the waiting room, some slumped over, some without shoes, clearly people have been there a long time and are getting bored/tired of waiting for their cars to finish being serviced. I was told it would be 2.5 hours for an oil change. They texted me at 11:45 saying the car was ready. This was my first time coming here for service on my Honda. If I come back and have a different experience, I'll update my review accordingly. PS. They had lots of cars marked up on their lot, around 4-5k dealership markup fees. I would not pay anything more than MSRP.

This review is for Christian Dela Cruz in corporate and the amazing service he provided to me when I had some recall issues on my AC in my 2017 Honda Civic SI. I took my car in and most of the problems were covered under the recall. If it wasn't for this, I probably would have had to sell my car, and that would devastate me. It's an amazing, fun car to drive and it's my commuter car that is mostly used for freeway driving. I bought a Honda so it would last for years, and because the service you receive from them is supposed to be unmatched. Christian did not disappoint, and because of him I will always choose Honda in the future. Ronaldo was my service advisor, and he was great and personable as well. I also need to thank Amanda for her help in getting my windshield replaced after everything else was done! The work they did on the AC made it feel like it has never felt, even from the day I got the car, which tells me it was broken the entire time. I also drove farther to go to Rock Honda, because I had visited another dealership in the past about what I thought was the turbo noise and it turned out it was the defective AC all along. I didn't like how I was talked to there, so I never went back. Sometimes as a woman, it's a little too easy to get taken advantage of in these situations, but no one at Rock Honda made me feel like that and so I will continue to drive to them when I need anything done in the future. Thank you guys so much! And thank you to the tech or techs who completed what I was told is a really long, tedious job in a timely manner once my parts came in. You guys are awesome.

My 2023 Honda civic has a faulty air condenser. They wanted 4000 to fix the damage the leaking part caused. They would not only replace the faulty part.

My 2020 Honda civic air stopped working. The air condenser was recalled. They said it would we 4000 to fix my air. I asked them to only replace the part that was covered and they wouldn’t. This is my 3rd Honda to have the AC go out.
