Absolute scam. Please be careful with doing any business with this con artist. They steal from your taxes while putting you at risk. They claim anything they feel like on your forms so that if you are audited you will be in for a world of hurt. And then they conveniently stop answering all calls and emails.

If I could rate her a zero I would. She seemed very knowledgeable and was so friendly during the initial consultation. After that... crickets! Good luck getting her to respond or actually complete the job. I never heard back from her! Scammer!!!

My parents had gone here to do her taxes in 2014,2015, and 2016. Mrs sully did the years 2015 and 2016 and claimed my parents had a self employed business without their knowledge, claiming tax fraud and now my parents are being audited. Don’t come to this shady place, now my parents are going through alot of trouble with the IRS for this bs!!

Do not go here. I just had to pay back 4800 because of the shady s*** she pulled. I made the mistake of going back now I see she charged 250 to do my taxes and other fees nearly 400 but actually kept about 800. Hell with what she caused I should have gotten it for free. I wonder how many years she's done this to me and others. Ripping everyone off. Time to talk to a lawyer.

My girlfriend and I have been going to Rivas Empire for several years now to file our taxes. They've always been very helpful and speedy with their services. Even though we live in Los Angeles now, we continue to bring our business back to Rivas Empire and their great staff.

This is my second year coming to Rivas empire for my taxes. So far I'm super happy with their service . It's fast , easy, and she even offered to stay open past her business hours to accommodate my work schedule !! Definitely will be returning!

Do not go here to have your taxes done! Sulakshna Mohr "aka" Suly Rivas, is a scammer. Dont believe this place when they tell you their fee is $200 to prepare your taxes. She ended up charging us $1400 . I would have never agreed to have been charged so much if I had known thats how much she was gonna pay herself out of my taxes! I couldnt even get into the irs website to see when my return was coming because she gave me the wrong dollar amount. When I called to complain, it took me a whole week to get them to answer the phone, and they never return emails. I was given 2 different amounts to enter into the website by the guy who answers the phone, again both were wrong. Thats when I get a letter from the irs stating my real return amount, showing the $1400 difference that she paid herself. Dont let her take your money and get you into trouble with the irs. Dont go here, go anywhere else! go to yelp to see the other bad reviews. Dont let the different addresses or company names fool you either. "Casa Rivas & Mohr Tax Services" is the same business as Rivas Empire.
