Best Carne Asada around.....We used to go to Toro in Ontario. Since we moved to North Fontana, we had to find a new spot. This place is it. Good green salsa too.

Awesome great quality tender meats here! Have had the milanesa .. ranchera meat and diesmillo yum! They treat you like family here and Alondra even remembered my name .. she's a great front of the house cashier I waited too long to come here !

Excellent, excellent, excellent! On our way back from a family outing, we yelp'ed this location for carne asada (marinated/prepared ranchera meat) in Fontana close to our next stop. The service was friendly and nothing short of great. After grilling our meat, we all agree that the quality is wonderful and the marinade they use is DELICIOUS! We also bought a sample 1 lb piece of queso fresco. It was a hit .

Been going here for several years. They always have crowds around the holidays for those of us that like to grill or griddle. The meat is amazing. I love the chorizo suelto, the marinaded chicken thighs and the carne asada. The tortillas by the front register are bomb!. They are friendly and helpful. check out the pandeceria next door too!! One stop shop.

I love this carnicería is high quality they carry nothing but the best meat around town . Staff are always friendly and attentive to all your needs ! Best meat market in Fontana .I highly recommend this place to all my family an friends .stop on by and see for your self !!

My wife and I have been shopping here since the pandemic started and we plan to continue shopping here as long as they are open for business. They have excellent quality meat and a lot of items. No need to go to the big grocery stores anymore honestly. The people working there are very friendly, it is a joy every time we have to go.

Been living in Fontana for just over 2 years now and I'm beating myself up for not shopping in here sooner. Last week I was barbecuing and in need of some good cuts of ranchera so I finally decided to stop by and try this carniceria. They also just happened to have some freshly made carnitas so I picked up 2 lbs of that plus 8 lbs of ranchera. Listen folks, I grew up in LA and have had my share of tacos and carnitas from everywhere. I was blown away by the taste.....incredible. The ranchera was soooooo tender and with their marinade, the flavor was the bomb! But somehow someway, the carnitas stole the show. These carnitas were pull apart tender! On a hot tortilla with a scoop of guacamole and green salsa, these carnitas were "THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!" I don't say that lightly because Downtown LA, specifically Grand Central Market, has some killer carnitas too. The older gentleman at the meat section (I believe his name is Saul) knew we hadn't been in his shop before and called it out "you guys haven't been here before have you?". I told him we hadn't and he couldn't of been friendlier, he actually let us try a piece of the carnitas prior to purchasing it (and not a tiny piece, but a big piece). As we chatted for a couple of minutes while he prepped our ranchera, I thanked him for his hospitality and told him that if the ranchera and carnitas were good (which they were) that he would have some new customers. Earlier today I went back for some more ranchera and fresh carnitas, and Saul recognized me right away lol. Safe to say I found my butcher shop for any cuts of meat.

Excellent quality of meats, ranchera carne asada and pollo asado are delicious. Service level is personable, friendly and helpful. A must try!

Amazing meats always go and all the meats u ask to marinate they marinate each piece love this place definitely recommend it to everyone
