Worst place ever to buy furniture, first they make you pay to run your credit when it's their responsibility pay, they didn't even know what kind of stuff they sale, went in to get a refund and wasn't helped right away as if I was I was gonna purchase something, if you return or wanna Exchange something the next day you bought something they charge a 30% restock fee, they claimed the couches were gonna be a total loss but they had them on sale for half off the next day! after you took the furniture back yourself they don't even offer to pick it up , place is a scam just go to mor furniture in Rancho Cucamonga they don't charge to run your credit and offer free delivery and assembly

I would not go here ever again they did not give me one dress they clearly shows in there and 599 the 4pc they didn't give us the long dresser then when I told them they still owe me some money back she said no because she charges $121 on taxes I WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchase a twin bed here and paid up front I asked multiple time if the bed was in stock they said yes it will be ready by Wednesday I called and ask if the bed was ready for pick they called to let me know the bed was not in stock it would be delivered in July 2021 I purchase the bed this pass weekend which is March 20. I told Veronica I wanted my money back she said ok I asked how long would refund take to be return she didnt have an answer next then called me back to tell me to cone up the money which did. It was the worst experience.

Went in and ordered a mattress. I paid $1300 up front and was told I'd get exactly what I paid for. I get a call saying "they can't get the materials to make my mattress" and they want to offer me a different mattress that was "exactly the same". They scammed me for over $400 when I wanted a refund. They even changed the display mattress they had and tried telling me that I must have imagined it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Extremely unprofessional and the experience was unpleasant.

do not f****** go here i ordered a bed a f****** month ago! a month ago and when i came here to ask where its at they couldn't tell me s*** all they said was i wont get it probably for a month or maybe two , like wtf and they blamed it on the coronavirus
