Dissatisfied with this place, it was my favorite place, but today I am dissatisfied. They charged me more. Double. They say they are 1.99 and 2.99 for cereals and they charge 10 and 6 for them. Cereales was Lee L, the worst cashier I've ever seen, I give him 2 stars ?

Manager Fernando is rude and should not be working a register if he can’t handle customers. Clearly this store is understaffed and have NO baggers anywhere. The manager was working the register and I saw that he was clearly upset and flustered so I thought I’d help bag some of my groceries, this was a mistake. He became clearly annoyed and starting sighing and huffing and slammed my bags into the cart and tossed the receipt on the counter when I was clearly holding my hand out to receive it. I was just trying to help a bad situation. It is not the customers fault that Fernando and management cannot keep the store staffed.

Had an excellent experience with Mae while picking up our mobile order of groceries today! She was polite , kind and professional! Every experience in this particular location has been phenomenal! Additionally, special credit to Veronica who is always helpful in the self check out area and Lorena in the flower department! I am in there bi-weekly and appreciate the positive energy and kindness.

Every time I go here there is someone begging or trying to sell me something at the door before I walk in. Employees walk right by them and the stores no solicitor sign as if it don't exist.

Nice clean stocked up store lots of variety to choose from different products that are usually not available at other stores .. they have a Dmv and to make copies of key kiosk ,starbucks they have deli service hot foods bakery and so much more making.it so convenient for your one stop all store and if you download the app you always get discounts definitely recommend this store

I always have a wonderful experience at this Ralph’s. I want to give a big shout out and a huge thanks to the lady that works in the charcuterie section at Ralph’s. I believe her name is Jen. Today I went in and asked her if they had anymore of the Marin French Brie cheese. She had told me that they were currently out but were planning to get some in stock in a couple of days. I had told her that the reason I wanted to get it packaged was because I had previously bought bri cheese that was bad (happened two times to me). She felt so bad and offered to let me grab a Brie cheese and that she would not charge me. I insisted that it was okay but she wanted to make things right. She let me grab a sliced brie cheese and told me I did not have to pay for it due to my previous experience of the brie cheese. She then proceeded to tell me how sorry she was. I know it’s not her fault and things do happen to spoil, it was just my luck. Thank you for ALWAYS treating me and I’m sure all the other customers nicely! That was very kind of you. Along with Jen’s kindness, she is ALWAYS recommending different cheeses to use for charcuterie board. You can definitely tell she loves her job. I appreciate you so much and you make shopping for charcuterie items fun! Ralph’s you have a great employee

I drove for 19 minutes just to be turned away at 12:53 am. The manager tonight sucks. I just wanted 1 thing! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don’t want to service people after 12:50 am- then change your hours to 12:40 AM -don’t let people think that you are open until 1 AM because last minute shoppers that are trying to run in and get one thing, after working all day- will be very disappointed and will have wasted their gas and their time. Going to Winco and not ever coming back!!!!

This store has started gouging its customers. The same 6 pack of Heineken 0.0 beer a month ago was $10.99 and now it’s $19.99 I wish I could post the photo but it’s not an option. Stater Bros. & Vons aren’t charging that much. This is ridiculous.

Only two cashiers on duty and no baggers during their peak hours. Young untrained person working the register unable to scan items and giving a bad attitude.
