Went in for a smog, past the smog and then they tell me I needed a sepertine belt and quoted a price of 220.00 Felt uncomfortable so I went to my BMW mechanic and they did an expect-ion and said I didn’t need a belt. My belt was fine. WOW so sad to ripped customers off like that.

This place is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! They will lie and tell you more things are wrong with your car just to upcharge you. They fixed one thing and once i got my car back, other things began to go wrong. My car started shaking. They were no assistance.
The management team is awful and will lie and scam you out of your money

Stay away from this place. Called about an oil change price they Said 39.99 plus tax so it comes out to an even 49.99 out the door . Didn't make sense but I went anyways since it's local . Once I signed and got receipt to my surprise it states at the bottom I just signed approving the increase of price and that's why it was 49.99 . This place is very shady dirty rude and unprofessional . Never again !

Beware: went in for oil change. Was told power steering pump was bad, quoted $850.. took it to my family's shop several towns over... only needed a hose.. pump was fine. The star is for successful oil change & a laugh.

Nissan Altima 2017 oil change with the coupon still $40 on top recommended to change air filter cost another 40 bucks. I ended up paying $82 for air filter and engine oil change which was pretty bad. I would never go back to this place and go to Walmart.Walmart charges only $30 for oil change. It’s lot more cheaper and it will be quick. This guy made me wait for one hr.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I went there because my brakes were squeaking. My car was still under warranty. They called me after I dropped my car off and said: the reason your brakes are squeaking is because you need new ball joints "!

Came in early on a weds morning to get an oil change had a coupon to get a 11.99 oil change. The guy said they could not honor it due to the fact that it needs to be a full synthetic which is understandable. But as soon as I walk in, he's already complaining about two guys calling off and it's gonna take two hours, etc.. just the customer service was not professional at all i did not wanna do business there at all

Just gave them a phone call looking to have an oil change on my jeep. The guy who answered the phone seemed to be in a rush, didn't seem to want to help. Not sure what they got going on over in there but they really do you need to work on customer service!!! What a shame !!!! Close this shit down no one wants to go where they don't feel welcomed. And $60 for full synthetic ? Lmao cheap as hell are y'all not changing the filter?
