It is always a pleasure to visit the hospital with my dogs thanks to the entire team that works there and they treat us with a lot of respect, love and empathy. My pets have been patients for 14 years and I highly recommend this place for its excellent doctors, nurses and all its staff.

This is a vet I can honestly say I never feel uneasy when I bring my fur baby there, I have many fur children I bring here. It's always smell clean and staff is always pleasant to talk to.

They take very good care of your pets and treat them like their own. Before my dog had passed they got to know her for the time she had left with me. They are a very attentive team of vets and vet techs. They listen to all your concerns and come up with the best solution for your furry loved ones. I have since adopted a cat and he is a very rambunctious cat. But they are very considerate, helpful as well as patient. Even though I myself am a vet tech and they know this they still take the time and explain everything to me. I recently got him neutered and it was an amazing stress free experience. They called to give me updates and they made sure to keep him as comfortable as possible.

I feel the staff are professional and care for each pet with care and kindness. I really appreciate the follow up call to see how my pet is doing. I feel like each pet that enters the clinic they treat like it there own. Prices are reasonable with pet insurance!!!

Prestige Animal Hospital has always been so helpful and so welcoming to us for the past 10 years. They are always willing to work with us on a health plan that works best for our budget and for the needs of our pets. They are Always willing to answer our questions and address our concerns. We have been with Prestige Animal Hospital for a long time. We love the treatment our puppies get, and also the great customer service we get. I feel confident that every time we go our puppies get the quality care they need, you can't put a price on good care.

Horrible place!!!! Our dog Muñeca (maltipoo) was a patient here before she passed away. Our dog chainsaw was also a patient here but he’s now going somewhere better.
We paid hundreds to get Muñeca spayed. On the morning of Jan 31, 2021 our fur baby woke up sick. I immediately called her vet ( prestige) Layloni or however it’s spelled wouldn’t get her in. I explained to her that my dog wasn’t walking, seemed like she lost all feeling on her legs & was very lethargic. I begged & begged to let me bring her. Being that she was their patient I thought it’d be easy but Layloni made it impossible & I was denied services. Our dog Muñeca ended up passing away a few hours later. We rushed her to the hospital but she didn’t make it. I hate this place!!! The people & drs that work here have no empathy or compassion. Although this happened a few years back I’m still very hurt by all of them and their poor performance. I hadn’t posted & decided to today because I accidentally just called to make an appt for our new pup thinking I was calling Chainsaws vet, Layloni placed me on hold and while I was waiting I remembered where I was calling ?as she got back on the phone and st telling me that our account is flagged I told her “ oh yeah heck no”, I just remembered everything & hung up on her. So I guess they flag your account when they do something wrong. Please re- consider before bringing your fur babies here. Horrible , horrible , cold place. Praying for all of them.
