bad customer service ! I went in to ask question about joining and right off the bat the lady at the front seemed to be in a bad mood, said she couldn’t answer any questions unless I filled out a form with my personal info !

The manager here is rude. I asked him to consider cleaning equipment at non extremely busy times, and I was dismissed like I haven't been coming here for about 7 years.
