Bret R. went above and beyond in my experience with Peterman. I don’t know anything about the construction or materials, but he spent quality time to educate and simplify all the types of solutions that are available to me. I ended up using that information and ordering from Peterman. I am not the best customer as I ask a lot of questions, but this team is truly passionate about helping the customer find a solution. On top of that, he got the material loaded last minute on a truck that arrives the next morning in my area. Peterman lumber is my go to spot for anything related to my woodworking and cabinetry business. Rollo, the will call manager always has guaranteed a efficient and positive experience which is hard to come by these days. I would definitely recommend keeping an eye out for him to help with any questions you might have, he is friendly and knowledgeable in the industry.

Worst customer service ever, my first and last time here, employees fighting in front of customers, paying attention to personal calls and messages, disrespecting our time in front of them, lack of good customer service, so sad.

I always have a great experience working with Jonas -- he provides outstanding products and customer service that we use in our client's home renovations. Check out the latest two renovations we did: one of a bar, one of a kitchen, using products found at Peterman! They came out awesome and the homeowners love it. Jonas is the best.

I do custom woodworking and this is the best spot, they will mill for you, have multiple grades available, and a good selection of sheet goods. Not a big fan of the new way they calculate board feet with the stick, but it's faster and easier on the employees so I get it. Setting up an account with them was a breeze and my sales rep has been incredible thus far. Not sure if they carry much in the way of live edge slabs if that's your thing. They supplied all the walnut for my last project.

Great lumber great prices. The guys working the warehouse are friendly and helpful. One star off for the girl who answered the call for a inventory stock check/call. Was told wood pieces I was looking for is there, available and to come by tomorrow to get it. Took time off work to go there the next day(they close at 4pm, I get off work normally at 3:30pm and they're a half hr away) only to be told they don't have any available of the wood I am looking for.
