Took my dog to see their veterinarian. Excellent service & was able to make a quick appointment, but their fees are high for vaccines. I did call before going & the customer service couldn't give me a direct answer on fees. Unfortunately, their services are too high for me based on the other hospitals in the area.

Scheduled my dog for a grooming appointment . I was 15 minutes early, knocked several times, I was standing outside calling and no one would pick up the phone or open the door. Then finally an employee opened the door. My dog was fine until she tried putting on the leash , he barked. Mind you, it is our first time there but my dog has been going to the groomers for the last 4 years and never had any issues. I would say maybe 1 minute went by when the groomer female employee decided to refuse service. Didn't even try to make him comfortable or tried a different method. Just simply refused him. This was my first time at Petco and it will for sure be my last.

Subject: Feedback on In-Store Pickup Experience I would like to share my recent experience during an in-store pickup on 2/1/24 at Petco, Sierra Lakes, Fontana Ca. While picking up my ferret's food, I encountered a concerning situation with Beth, who identified herself as the manager. Upon arriving, I noticed Beth on a cellphone call and patiently waited for her to finish. When I requested my item, she unexpectedly asked for my ID, which has not been requested in the two years of my regular curbside orders. Typically, I provide my name and order number. What troubled me further was Beth's decision to complete another order before assisting me, despite my prior wait. When I expressed my concerns about her behavior being unprofessional, she mentioned that she was the manager and advised me to have my ID next time. What added to my discomfort was observing another customer, who happened to be white, not being asked for ID during their transaction. This inconsistency made me question whether I was being treated unfairly by Beth's microaggressive demeanor and tone. I have reported this incident to corporate to ensure that such behavior is addressed appropriately. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in service consistency and customer satisfaction at your store.

They were too aggressive with my dog during her grooming appointment. 0/5, wouldn't bring her back here. I'm very upset at how they handled her.

I go to Petco to have my dog groomed. Love Danny. If you want your dog to get the best care and love, go to Danny at Petco. My dog has been going to Danny since 2010, 13 years..

The worst dog grooming experience I’ve ever encountered. I thought my fur baby was going to catch a disease being in the tubs all of the tubs have black mold shampoo did not come out properly or build a foam everything was workin so bad didn’t want to try the other settings. Air blow dryer didn’t work. They gave us a dirty towels, and a scrubber with some other dogs hair on it. Overall it was a zero out of 10 experience never taking my child back there. It was a nightmare

I love it here....I bought a HUGE litter box for my 2 kittens that is rectangular shape and has a slot to put your scooper. This picture doesn't do it justice.....it's at least 3 feet long.....I recommend for multiple cats

Great Experience. Saw the vet today & it didn't cost me anything. Vetco Premier is awesome! Well worth the money because it has saved me a ton of money. They give the money the program costs back to me in multiple $5 Rewards every month plus it costs nothing to see the vet (That's just the consultation. Any tests or meds or procedures will cost.) Plus. I get a discount on various things, plus I get buy 7 bags of food then get the next bag free.iSo last month, using my rewards, I got a bag of food enough for 2 weeks it cost me $4. Plus I saw the vet. That alone is a savings of $30 to $75 depending on which vet we're talking about. Plus, one aspect that hasn't worked out a single time for me, you're supposed to get $20 in Rewards if you do go to another vet other than Vetco and I've been to numerous vets but the app won't let me submit or the people reviewing my submissions won't permit them. But that is typical for a Targeted Individual to be denied reimbursement. Spot Pet Insurance and IEHP do it all the time.But, it's still worth the $21 I pay every month. They give that money back every month and sometimes a whole lot more.
