This is by far one of the biggest petco's I've seen. There is a lot more product than than the average Petco, along with the grooming service and a VetCo inside.

This lady name Ruth wouldn’t sell me a fish , she said that she couldn’t sell me because I didn’t have any plants on my tank but she was being rude and I always buy my fish at that Petco in Fontana and never had that problem with no one I don’t think they should have people like that working
Very bad customer service never going again to that Petco they lost a customer that always goes

The staff always has a bad attitude! A lady named Ruth was very rude, she didn't want to help me with what I needed, I won't go again!

Always great store associates. Attentive and they notice if you look confused looking for something. Very knowledgeable people. My pup loves coming here too

Very friendly employees. We had questions about our senior cats and Tom who works there was very informative. Every question was answered and happy that he helped us. I highly recommend this Petco!

First off if your pet does not like the food you purchase you can return it within a certain amount of time. Next the customer service is amazing. Great selection of products

I went to get several boxes of cat litter but there were no carts in the store. I was told to get a cart in the parking lot. I went to Petsmart instead. Amazingly they had carts available. I assume petco would rather you spend your money elsewhere than take the time to gather the carts. Did you know that Petsmart also owns Chewy? They’ll probably own petco soon too.

i came to petco and i encountered a worker name Beth she was so rude i came here to see about a problem i had and she was rude instead of helping me she was just saying “well i dont know”
