The worst customer service, the agent never answers the phone. Policy canceled for an exclusion I had gone in to sign. I went online to chat with an agent, and they directed me back to my agent. Take your business elsewhere.

Policy was promised to lower after I turned 25. Clean record with no tickets, raised my policy almost $20 a month with no explanation. Go somewhere else
