Called around, basically every tire spot I could find locally. Best price by FAR, nearly half the price of the next closest competitor. Great, friendly service as well.

Everyone is very nice. I was unable to get my car fixed at the facility, but they referred me to a shop that could help me. I have gotten work done in the past and they are great.

I recently dropped my car for some front end work. As it turns out, the tie rod assembly needed to be replaced which was 100% covered by warranty; minus a $50 deductible. Padilla had my car for a week at which time they called me to explain the tie rod assembly had been installed however, there was a computer "reset" that needed to be done and they don't have the equipment to complete the repair. The owner went on to tell me the dealer was going to charge $700 to complete my repair of which...again, was covered under warranty. They actually asked me to pay the additional $700!!! In the end, Padilla had to take my car to the dealer, who could actually complete the repair, and I'm out my vehicle for another four days! That said, the warranty ended up picking up the additional charges but I'm still beside myself. Padiila very clearly lacks the knowledge and equipment necessary to repair my vehicles and, as such, will never see my cars in their shop for repair again. Unbelievable!!!

I am sure what I am about to type here is about the same as what everyone else has written about this place. Just good people , plain and simple. This business is one of the rare ones that is there to help you. Fact. They are not trying to bring in as much as they can for every job. Business is booming and there’s good reason. Thank you for helping me so quickly with my vehicle, and just being so easy to work with. I won’t list numbers , but let me put it this way: what the other shops were asking seemed like either extortion or they just didn’t have the ability to get a decently priced part. Either way, their labor rate made them even more un-appealing. I think I have found an auto repair shop with a heart of gold here in Fontana, not an auto shop trying to fill its pocket with gold. Thank you!

Great service, reasonable prices and quick repair. Was in and out same day for an exhaust manifold replacement on a 2015 nissan sentra. Nice polite employees and the manager/owner was a great guy. Kept it open a little late just so I could get down and get my car before he locked up for the day. Will most definitely be going back when I do my cv axels.

I would give this place a one star but the lady working the front is very nice. I came here because my check engine light came on and my a/c had stopped blowing cold air. They told me it was a coil and spark plug which I found weird because I had changed them out 6 months ago. I agreed to change the one out and charge the a/c.About two weeks later the check engine light came back on and the large noise came from the engine and the a/c stopped working again. I dropped the car off and they called me a couple of days later. Stating the engine needed to be replaced and that the compressor went out. I asked what is wrong with the engine they just told me the car has a lot of miles thats why. When I came to get the car it wouldn't start, I asked what happened they just shrugged their shoulders and said you need a new battery too. They jumped started the car. This battery is only 12 months old. I think they just left the car on.I do not recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a answer to mechanical problem. I hope this helps people out there in our Fontana community.

I am sitting here getting my truck tires and had to write a review right away! Before I came here I was at another shop and once I got there they were so rude and I had to leave. I always pass by Padillas and we are down the street from here. First off Customer service was a lot more friendly! They welcome me and made sure to listen to my needs. We wanted to see if they had used tires for my truck and thank goodness they did, they looked a lot better than ours since it's already going down. The lady here was so friendly and she was very nice on helping with future tire quotes! Service was amazing! It took less than 15 min to get things done. I would recommend this shop if you want any new or used tires ! Their value is also great!
