A waste of time to sell get a price for a car! My only mistake is that I went there to appraise my car and get my offer. They got me waiting for 15-20 minutes and then saw the car said it looks great! Messaged them after to ask about my offer and they ghosted me! Totally unprofessional.
Would never recommend selling your car there!

Do not buy car from this place unless you dont plan to ever get your title. story bought a car from them 4 months ago in cash never recieve the tilte when i reach out them they told me to go figure it yourself. good luck

They say that they post transparent pricing and then say that they have "added equipment" that includes a GPS tracker and coating that adds over $5k to the price. They also say that they don't accept outside financing. Sketchy business practices, steer clear.

They are pretty shady slipping optional items into contract & DO NOT return phone calls (lie & say they tried 12x). I'd make sure potential buyers read ALL Yelp Reviews before doing business with them. Not just the posted good ones.

BEWARE! - full time scam artists and con men. Bait and switch, tried to sell me a car with a broken electrical system and with a screw in the tire. Once I called them out they reluctantly agreed to repair items (after 2 days and 12 hours at their dealership). They said 7-10 days to fix... 45 days later and it still wasn't done as I was making my first payment and never drove the car I bought. Then just wanted my money back. That was a nightmare too. From the beginning of the issues: none-stop avoidance and no return calls, gaslighting, lying, blame shifting and false promises. Like a bunch of children raised by liars and con artists. It took me getting a lawyer involved and making threats to sue them and go after their surety bond to get anything done. They were slimy at every level. And every time I would get transferred to someone higher up, it was like going from the frying pan to the fire. Nothing but slimy scum that will gladly knowingly sell you a lemon.

I was very satisfied with Alejandro rep. Service . He made us feel comfortable and welcome . He made sure I had the truck clean , although his boss didn’t give him permission to give me the truck with a full Gas tank. I took the truck with half tank . Thank you Alejandro for your help.?

Absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. These people lie through their teeth and have zero dignity. The car needed a clutch so they agreed to replace. It took 2 weeks to and when I called they were replacing my clock harness? Why? Service dept ended up scratching my steering wheel and rims more than they were. I doubt they even replaced the clutch by the feel of it. Then on the freeway my entire fender liner ripped and shredded off on the freeway going 75 mph. I looked and all the clips are missing on the other side, as well as all over the car. they can’t even replace plastic clips but I see them doing shady paint work in the back. My cars intake filter was out of site, but when I finally serviced it, it was muddy clogged and needed replaced. The car was running bad due to this and had check engine codes that they were 100% hiding because they came on a week later and is due to this aftermarket intake and I know they saw it. The rear tire had a bad tire patch incorrectly installed, it kept leaking and i ended up replacing all 4 tires. I called pacific and said they would discount me on tires. Yeah right, you sold me a car with a leaky tire with a pad patch NOT FOT FOR THE ROAD - you’re never touching my car again. Lastly the spartan gps is a complete scam, it did not work after the 2nd day, it’s actually on their website that it’s for dealerships to “increase revenue” - can’t be any more clear and obvious, it is now a $995 paperweight now. Can’t believe places like this exist. These people will look you in the eye and lie to you. Avoid pacific auto center at all costs and please be patient with your car shopping.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We stopped by this morning and asked where we could park, since there was no parking, and their very rude salesman was bothered we asked. He made a mad face and told us we could park on the side of the street if we wanted. He was so rude and I honestly don't know how he's in sales. We didn't even decide to stop and look at trucks since clearly he was bothered we were there. RUDE!
