We were passing through and having car trouble and had to catch a plane and it was Sunday so no me mechanics were open and Rosemarie went above and beyond to get us back on the road and we were able to finish our trip and make our plane on time. She was a true professional and we can't thank her enough.

Bad service, very late and bad experiences when purchasing

The employees at the Fontana location were not friendly or helpful. one of the workers by the name of Adam was really rude. I asked him if he could test my battery, he goes out side to my vehicle & says that I have to raise my own hood in order for him to do the battery test which isn’t true. I asked him why do I have to lift my own hood when every other auto parts place lifts it with no question asked. He then responds with a very sarcastic response because it’s your car. I felt like he was being racists from the moment I walked in. The Manager had No customer service skills either. I asked to speak with the manager and his response was “I’m off the clock” all the while he was ringing up another customer! I would never give this location my business ever again! They only cater to Hispanic people, only because when other Hispanic people walked in they greeted them with a warm welcome. All I got was stares and rudeness!!!

My car battery got drained so I went here to replace my car battery. The lady on the counter checked if they have a battery stock for replacement and open my hood to see the location of the battery, there's a bar that is blocking on the hood and it needs to be removed so that the battery can be repaced. The lady told me that she cannot remove the bar but she will check with one of his guy coworker if he can take out the bar and replace the batterry. The guy confirmed that he can remove the bar and replace the battery but I need to wait for 40 mins coz he is so busy. So I waited for 40 mins. After 40 mins of waiting I made a follow up to replace my car battery and told him that I already waited for 40 mins. But the guy mentioned that he is still busy and that I need to wait for another 40 mins. Since my car is not starting so I have no choice but to wait again. After waiting for almost 2 hours the guy went out to replace the battery. Looks like he is just pretending to check it, then he mentioned that he cannot take out the bar as he does not have a tool to remove it and that he cannot replace the battery. This really pisses me off, after waiting for 2 hours then he will say that he cannot remove the bar and that he does not have tools. He should have told me this earlier!! I beleive he is just lazy doing it. I told him that I want to talk to the manager and he mentioned that he is the manager and his name is Jose/John. Thankfully there is a Les Schwab beside this store and they helped me remove the bar and replace the batterry. They just use a wrench to remove the bar and replace the battery for less than 15mins.

My battery was old and Crust, and Carlos, the O'Reilly customer service rep, helped put a new battery on. Very polite and knew how to put the battery on. Great customer service ?

Came in wasn't really sure completely what I was looking for stood around probably over 20 minutes could not get anybody to help me or even offer any help finally someone says did you want something and I was like yeah and I explained my situation and they were like OK so what do you want and I said I'm not sure I said can I show you what I'm speaking on by taking them to the car and showing them the her response was we can't do that kind of stuff I said you can't go look at something no, we're not allowed I said you're not allowed to use your eyes and look to help out what I might need no OK that's great. She had a bad attitude she was rude wasn't helpful she was like so what do you want me to do so I said I'm going somewhere else thanks

Walked in looking to get help but some lady named gabby. She was so rude, she just kinda looked at us. But we were helped by someone else and he was very friendly, didn’t catch his name. Then went to checkout, she gave us the wrong amount of change and had a very bad attitude. Thought I was gonna have a better experience here than at autozone but I guess I’ll be going there for any future purchases.

So I came in to see if they could change my battery. The manager wouldn't let the employees help. So I was trying to do it with the tools I was lent and it was taking what felt like a century, because I wasn't sure how to take it apart. It was also extremely hot outside. Finally an Angel came to my rescue (Not an employee) and helped me take out the old one and put in the new. So the wicked witch sat in her office while letting her employee's watch someone struggle and not let them help. CRAZY. It used to not be like this. This is how you lose customers. My family had been buying a lot of products from O'reilly. But not anymore. Thank you to the employee that wanted to help more but were unable to. I appreciate it.
