OnTrac is a reliable delivery service that has been praised by its customers. The managers and co-workers are great, and the company is accommodating, allowing customers to rearrange their schedules. Customers have consistently received their packages on time, with no issues of missing or delayed deliveries, regardless of their location. While the drivers are independent contractors, the company has recently partnered with Lasership to improve its service and delivery operations. If customers have any concerns, they are advised to visit the facility before 4 pm to speak with the front desk. Despite some minor issues with delivery notifications and handling, customers have generally been satisfied with OnTrac's services, and one employee even described the experience of working there as "awesome."
Horrible company, three times now they have not delivered my packages, I heard working here is so bad too, don’t know what’s worse, working there or being a customer. This place flat out SUCKS!!!!!! 👎👎👎👎

Terrible service. Had to call 3 times to ask them to deliver to the address they already had on the shipping label. The last time I called I was told that the package was out for delivery but the driver decided not to deliver it. They could not tell me why delivery was not attempted.

Dont know how to follow directions or be delivery drivers didn't even attempt to deliver idk how there in business idk why wakmart contracts with them
