Dean I'm a really bad guy. I did something like this to attach the deposit. I did that. It's a very bad company that won't even pay you even if you pay exactly $1000. Be careful. I signed a contract for one year, but I started having problems with the churler from the first month I bought it. Dean couldn't fix the screen even though he said he would. So I said they would change it to a different churler. They said they would change it to a different trailer. And then another month turned into two. However, they didn't change it and continued to hesitate. So I canceled. I canceled and waited two months. When I asked for a deposit, they said they had fixed this and that and calculated it exactly for the deposit of $1000. How can Chuller cost $1000 to fix something like that in two months? What this means is that these people didn't do any inspection when they handed over Churelo to us. They are truly bad guys. Be careful, especially this guy named Dean. He is a huge liar.* And if you buy a churler here, be sure to ask for the inspection paper in front of the people working there. And be sure to inspect.

If I could give this place above 5 stars I would. Dean really helped us out of a bind and we have created a Long lasting partnership. He's helped us with 2 trailers that were hard to come by in california. I am working on getting 2 more from him. He has the best prices and will really move mountains to get you what you need. I appreciate all the help. Will definitely keep working with them for a very long time!

My company rented 2 trailers from this place. We brought back the trailers in perfect condition. They said they would not give back the deposit after they said they would. Dean is the man in question. He's a liar and a terrible person to work with. Would NOT recommend.

If I could make a list of everything customer service shouldn’t be, it would be this place. I could write paragraph after paragraph about how every aspect of both the sales and service department are an absolute joke, but that would literally take all day.Long story short, terrible quality of work, terrible communication, no accountability for their mistakes, and over entitled attitudes from the receptionist to the owner.

The only thing that went kinda smooth was buying the trailer. Bought a flatbed and had trailer abs light go off on the trailer and on the dash. Passenger side 4 way on the trailer started working sporadically on my very first load. Asked if I could get it fixed. Brought it in wrote it up and 4 days later it hadn't been touched. Called over 10x to ask about parts. NEVER GOT ONE CALL . Called Cady about a headache rack. At least 6x. Never got a return call. Called sales at least 5x about a 2nd trailer. NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL. Called the SLC office to see if maybe they could help me.... got redirected to the so cal office. And when I told him "I'm looking for another trailer" Brandon's response. Real smug "how's that working out for ya?" Not. "Let me see what I can do", or "we don't have any but maybe next month." Like all other places they only worry about big clients and forget about you after you buy something. Why would I ever spend a penny in that place again. Very very soon. It won't be a sellers market... and they seem to forget before clients were big, they started small too.

I've searched high and low for a trailer dealer who truly understands what a partnership should like. My search ended 9 months ago. These guys have earned my trust and customer loyalty. They communicate proactive, shoot straight and anticipate my needs. I'm home at last!
