First time using this Florist. Called from NY for my sister's birthday in Fontana. We chose this Florist based on reviews and they did not disappoint. I gave them free range to to do whatever they wanted and it came out beautiful.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff! We went in to inquire about ordering a corsage and boutonniere for prom. Various options available and pricing was very fair. Staff member inquired as to what colors both parties were wearing and made great suggestions for color and design.
We placed our order and recommend this shop to all! Great experience.

Even being way out in Arizona they were able to fulfill my order and did it in such a timely manner the flowers were beautiful and the price was fair given they come in a decorated vase and they look like fresh flowers they even kept me updated every step of the way. I will be getting my flowers delivered from here more often :)

The arrangement was very bright and beautiful. The service was fantastic. I was concerned the flowers had not been delivered so I called the shop. She was genuinely concerned and was very responsive to my call and inquiry. She made sure to follow-up to see if everything was okay and offered to do a replacement if not. They had been delivered, but the neighbor took the arrangement inside and then gave them to the recipient when she got home. The arrangement was beautiful, full, and so pretty. The service from the shop was fantastic. Amazing service. Beautiful flowers. Thank you!

I want to share & express in this review how amazed I am with this flower shop. And even to the flowers that was presented today. Thank you to Nichols! Cheri, you went above & beyond with my order. I live out of state, And had purchased some flowers for my boyfriends mom, for Mother’s Day. I originally had them set for pick up. But it didn’t go as planned. Contacted Nichols. & Cheri exceed my expectations. She was so kind enough to route a delivery for me. And when I received the photo of the arrangements. I was in Aw! I love it so much. This is my second time ordering from them. And I think I found my place, I’ll be continuing my business with for future flower arrangements. Thank you so much!

Put an order in a little over 11 am..had a call from a very nice lady stating they didn't have the flowers in hand,buuut they went above and beyond to make an arrangement better than the original..Flowers were delivered a little after 12:30 same day..She loved them will definitely be ordering again
