Stop in this quaint shop due to needing flowers for a funeral asap. The owner of the business was so nice and made my spray within 15 mins. Asked what colors, flowers, etc. It turned out so beautiful. I was so grateful and the cost was very reasonable.

Unfortunately we received very bad customer service from Mullens. We tried going in to inquire about a corsage and boutonniere for prom and the young man who we asked for help from was very abrupt, pointed quickly to a price list handwritten near the register, and then completely dismissed us. He didn't even try to get our business. He just turned away and left us standing there. When I tried to ask if he had photos of designs or color options, he mumbled that they didn't and he guesses they can match colors, if we want. My son turned to me and said, "Let's leave." I didn't expect this. Everyone says to shop small business so we thought we'd try them. It did not work out.
Thankfully we found Nichols Flowers not far away. They were helpful, courteous, and showed us photo options to choose from. They even offered suggestions that were helpful. We placed our order with them and will recommend them to other seniors attending prom.

@LaSierraFlorist at Mullens Flowers is exceptional! This beautiful arrangement was created and delivered within 2 hours of ordering. I’m in NY and the flower arrangement was sent to my sister for celebrating her getting an award today. I didn’t know what to order or what to expect! Jessica amazed us with what she came up with in such short notice. Thank you for adding to my sister’s special day! We will be back to order more! Oxox

Dead ambiance, nobody attending to anything, workers just looking around like if the customer is lost at the counter..HELLLOOO I NEED ASSISTANCE! Anyways, thanks for nothing I went elsewhere for cheaper and better service and product (Hugo's flowers) 1 mile away

I don't want to be that guy especially for a small business but I ordered Valentines flowers last yr that I just discovered on my billing that was double charged to me. The flowers came after the hours of when they described and the surprise was ruined. Asked for a refund and they agreed but come to find out I was double charged instead. I basically paid double for late flowers and the business is 5 min away. If I can get my money back then I would charge my rating.

I paid $77 for 2 dozens and 4 sunflowerRoses look a bit old I seen way better quality and wrapping skills in other places for that kind of priceswouldn’t recommend

What your order is NOT what you get. I ordered a sympathy wreath for a funeral and picked it out of their catalog they use to promote. Total was $190+. When I saw the flowers at the funeral I sent them too I was embarrassed. The arrangement was teeny tiny so small, there was no lilys as pictured in the catalog, and they were already wilting and dead. I do not recommend this place definitely overpriced for what they give you at the end. Don't be fooled by the pics on their website or that catalog they use. I didn't even take a pic of it was so embarrassing.

Brother had heart operation. Ordered flowers from Mullens but couldn’t deliver due to being in the ICU. Refunded me without questions. Appreciated the simple transaction from them. Definitely friendly customer service!

Yesterday I had a standing spray delivered to a viewing and was very disappointed with the flowers I received. Upon arrival for the viewing of my lost loved one I noticed the flowers were already drooping and wilted. Nobody wants to see dying flowers next to a lost loved one. I decided to call the florist upon noticing their 48 hour guarantee. They told me they delivered them at 10:15 AM, which to my understanding when placing the order we decided on 1PM delivery since the viewing was at 2PM. I was also made aware that the flowers on the spray were temperamental and needed to be cared for properly, if they were so temperamental why were they delivered at 10:15 AM? Then they decided to blame it on the mortuary for not properly handling the flowers to which the mortuary said its not their responsibility and that is why the florist is to work with them on delivery. There was other flower arrangements that came from 50 miles away that are still in better condition the next day than these were in 4 hours.
