I had an a/c compressor installed on my son’s car a couple of years ago and now it’s not working. Just hot air is coming out of the air vents. I think they installed a used one instead of a new one. Now I have to look for a different mechanic to install a new one. Don’t go there people. They charge a lot and do sloppy work.

This guys do an outstanding work. Took them my 98 Pick Up that I haven’t moved for over three years. They left that truck running smooth!
They even went the extra mile to clean the engine bay and run the truck through the wash.
Very great work and very clean work.

I Love these Guys!???????????? shouts out to Luis who has the best smooth, cool personality, EXCELLENT Customer service. Jose "The Boss" has the right Mechanic Crew taking care of the vehicles, he will keep you laughing and smiling. The did a phenomenal jib on my car when my check engine light came on. Any problem with your car they quote you on, is legit! They care about their customers and our budgets. They are Christian based, and treat you with respect. Thanks Guys see you soon.?????? Saved me $500 on a used car!
I needed a car I was buying pre-inspected. Monroys had a fair price to do it and caught a bad shock (which the dealership then replaced at their own cost). Never would have know that without Monroy's! I asked him to show me which shock, brought me right back put the car back up on the lift and showed it to me, no questions asked. If they hadn't done this I'd have bought the car with the leaking shock.
I wish I lived near by and could give them more business with our older Toyota but, I can definitely recommend!
They were timely, efficient and super courteous! My new/used car runs smooth as hell!
(When I initially called they were even forthright and disclosed they used to regularly do business with the dealership years back, didn't have to tell me that but did and I appreciate it).

Dropped car off on Saturday. On the following Monday I went in to check on my car and they were still doing their diagnosis on something that was clearly visible and did not require two days and I know this because another mechanic I went to who actually showed me underneath the car. I called a few hours later and was told that someone took my car on a test drive and to also pick up parts for their store. The parts were not for my car. I then asked to pick up my car and when I picked up my car I still got charged for the diagnosis and my gas was almost completely empty and they did not put the mileage of my car prior to, and after I picked it up to know how far the mechanic drove it. I was also missing the engine shield/cover for my car. They hardly answer their phone and I had to leave a message with all of this without any call back or apology or anything. Very unprofessional and thank JESUS I got my car back. I would also like to add to my comment because of the reply. My son has never been to your shop and neither have I and you had no right to use my car to pick up your store’s merchandise. You are not telling the truth so I will tell it for you. I called several times in the morning when you were supposed to be opened. I had to drive there. I called you exactly 3 times. The first time was a follow up from going there. The second was to confirm that you actually used my car for your store’s merchandise pick up and the third was to ask why you called my son while he was at work to complain about me (the owner of the car) wanting to pick up my vehicle so that you wouldn’t continue to take further advantage of me. My son trusted your shop because of the reviews and all the things you had posted on your walls about God. God bless you.
