“This is for the SB's in Fontana, Rialto and Bloomington. I have to give KUDOS to all the stores who not only have a sushi maker, but who have a NICE sushi maker. I have been to several stores looking for a simple California Roll and if none are present, they will make one upon request. HOWEVER, the gal at the SB's in Loma Linda is a complete opposite. She has no smiles or manners and if asked to make a California Roll she refuses. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. She makes a boatload of tempura rolls, dragon rolls and veggie rolls and then it's all coated in sweet chili sauce. Not everyone likes sweet chili sauce. I have made a habit to not bother asking her for anything because even when I phoned ahead as she requested, and asked how long it would take, I was there and she still made me wait. I'm going to stay close to home for my sushi. I'd rather give my business to a place where it's appreciated.”
“Bao the pharmacist has been one of the best pharmacist at that location and we have been Rite Aid customers for years. He is kind and patient and he's very thorough about explaining the medication to us. Very kind staff at the pharmacy.”

“Kindy quirky lil shop but very friendly and line moved pretty fast. I needed a notary, it was fast, affordable and also they sell a bunch of odds and ends even had some pretty good selling budget colognes up by the counter !!! ill go back if i ever need something else from there.”
“It sounds like most people who complain treat pharmacy's like they are a McDonalds. The pharmacy does what they can with what they got and I think they are heroes. Pharmacist are doctors who are not treated with respect. I'm always surprised how people walk in and talk to them like they are beneath them. People don't complain when they wait at Doctors office. Just easier to do so when the pharmacy in a retail environment is expected to "do things right now" It really is simple. Understand your insurance plan and preferred pharmacy within the plan=lower copays. Proactively assess the pharmacies intake and give them time to fill it accordingly. Bad reviews sound like Karen's and Kevin's. I had a great experience and didn't feel the need to rush the staff with their shortages. Bless their hearts.”
