“I recently came in and had to get my phone repaired after it got some water damage, not only did they take care of the damage you could see on the outside but my phone has a better display now than what it had when I bought it refurbished. My screen doesn’t lag like it used to and the response/colors are much better now with this new display (only $80). I trust them with every other device I have now, they are the real deal.”
“We came in to upgrade my mom's phone that was substantially outdated. Khalid gave us excellent service. He was all by himself most of the morning but still juggling as many customers as possible. We really appreciated his time & going above and beyond to help us & everyone around us.

Yasmin provided the best and most respectful customer service to me twice. I'm grateful to be able to say a good thing about a provider's employee, as it's so easy for them to be irritable in dealing with customers' needs each day. I came back to the store today and had the same experience with Yasmin-- hope she gets a promotion, because she definitely is part of why I'd choose to stay with Metro PCS after the frustration of going to two Metro stores in two other cities today which were both closed. “Henri is extremely helpful he helped me upgrade my phone and showed me how to transfer my data for my sons phone. He seems like the only one to like his job and care for his customers everyone else looked at me like a cash cow and switched up when I had a simple question about data transfer Henri however upsold me on upgrading my phone and I love it …my old phone still had buttons LOL! Will definitely come back only for Henri tho I also like the spelling in his name I spent a semester abroad in Paris and they pronounced “henri” as “on ree” The french sure are a cooky people”
