I think the gas here is pricier with regular $2.99 cash and $3.199 for credit card. There are other gas stations across like Am Pm gas and circle K which was cheaper. Though Transaction was swift thru the gas pump and there were few cars on the pumpz

I was in the Kim's Mobil at 16894 Valley Blvd Fontana Ca 92335 on Friday morning, 10/04/19. There gas pumps were apparently not working. I had gone into the store and their attendant ran my card for 20.00. There were two other gentlemen that had the same issue. The woman reluctantly (supposedly) refunded our cards. She initially wanted us to wait for her to reset the pumps. Although we questioned her because the refund receipts looked wrong, she stated she had ran it correctly. It wasn't done. I went back to the store on 10/5 and was told I had to call a particular number. I have left messages and now the number won't take my calls at all. I am turning this in to my bank for fraud, but I also wanted to reach out and make your company aware. This attendant should be a little more concerned over customer service than her interrupted breakfast burrito. Additionally, she should take initiative into correcting the problem without blaming the three individuals supposed incompetence in pumping gas. She literally came out to the pump to "show" each of us how to pump gas before accepting the fact that there was a problem.
