I was referred to this office by a co-worker. At first the service was good. I received papers that I took to the office for 3-4 weeks and they said they would talk to me when they were ready. They never talked to me. I spoke to ask about the papers and then they told me that The man is on vacation, the girls are very bad at making people waste time and even more so about this “Luisa” who answers whatever when they express the problem, very bad service from this Luisa, I don't know why she is here working if she doesn't treat people with manners.

I've been coming to Mi oficina for the past 5 years now, and I couldn't be more pleased. Jose makes sure he explains everything in detail. With over 20 years of experience I know I'm in good hands. :)
