There is a problem with not providing receipts with the correct items purchased. They tell clients they have free hot spots but charge activation & and first motn and doesn't work, and making unauthorized changes. They removed the plans I had for a long time that I know Metro by PCS said I vould have as long as I did not change it and the manager went ahead and removed just for her to get more money without letting me know and tried to pretend like she did not do it. The seller said she was the manager but who knows, she made a lot of changes and charged for stuff we did not ask for in the plan and removed other. Just because ahe felt we had too many lines with alot of things we should be paying for, is that envy or what? How can somwone juat feel lime we need to pay more? We have had Meteo for ten years and never had a problem with other stores. They always try to help instead of tryig to mess things up like she did.

I live in another state, not California, but I was there for work and due to problems with my phone I went to this store in Fontana to buy a new one, 10/26/2023. The lady who helped me lied to me about a Tablet that she offered me and also she put it on my receipt and charged me for something that I did not buy and that we never even mentioned, a Quick QMIX 100 Handsfree Stereo Earbounds with Mic. When she talked to me about the tablet I asked her more than once if she would increase my monthly plan and she always answered no, that it only cost $40 dollars and I bought it, when I finished I only checked the receipt to make sure the amount corresponded to what I she told me and I left. Then I find out that this tablet costs much less than what she told me, they review the receipt and that's when we see that she charged me something that she never sold me but also the tablet did increase my monthly plan with metro. Of course I complained and reported it to Customer Service. I have been with this company for many years and I have never had any problems, quite the opposite, but this experience was terrible and even more so when you work and take honest risks to earn the money to bring the plate of food to your house and they scam you in this way. rude taking advantage of your need. But God is everywhere. I leave this review here so that it doesn't happen to anyone else, be alert and check your receipt carefully before leaving this store. BlessingsHello, I have read your response and I do not think that it will be resolved with training because in addition to the product proposal and the incorrect answers about the increase in my plan, it was included in the receipt and they charged me without my consent for something that I never asked for or even talked about. and much less received, I think that is more serious. I accidentally previously left the first part of this review on another Metro page for a store in Fontana and realized it when I came back to add similar comments today. Yasmin provided the best and most respectful customer service to me twice. I'm grateful to be able to say a good thing about a provider's employee, as it's so easy for them to be irritable in dealing with customers' needs each day. I came back to the store today and had the same experience with Yasmin-- hope she gets a promotion, because she definitely is part of why I'd choose to stay with Metro PCS after the frustration of going to two Metro stores in two other cities today which were both closed. Thanks, Yasmin!

On top of having to wait a long time to get help (only 1 worker in store), the guy that helped us messed up our plan and completely over charged us. We told him we wanted to ADD an additional line to our plan, 2 lines we already had + 1 = 3 lines total. He activated the new phone and charged us $140 PLUS a $4 fee. I asked why so much? He said because we were getting charged for new line activation. Ok, no problem.On our way home I was still confused as to why it had been so much so I checked on Metro App what our new plan was going to be and it said $140 for next month! What the guy did was add the new phone line for an additional $60 a month! How is that even possible? We explained what we wanted several times. Just add a line. It's only 3 lines on the same account, how can he mess that up???I ended up calling Metro and they sorted it out, 3 lines for a total of $90. Which is what we wanted to begin with, all 3 lines together. Thankfully the $140 we paid wasn't completely lost as they made the remainder a credit for next month's payment. If you value your hard earned money avoid this place. The people working there are completely clueless, they will mess with your account however they want and will over charge you!

Went 10 minutes before closing 2 girls seem very impatient but I needed a phone (didn’t end up getting one cause I felt very awkward) I didn’t feel welcome. I use to come here all the time customers service has changed deeply in this location. -1 star

Reps are so unfriendly and disrespectful. Why do they always change employees? I use to always go there but, not no more, they don’t know how to offer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE SIERRA AND SLOVER metro better crew and specials.

I walked out with a great device for a very low price but girl that helped me seemed very desperate and wanted me out fast I was asking questions and all she did was laugh and did a weird face not very appealing hope owner talks to her cause it’s very uncomfortable been to this store a couple of times will be returning but with another worker. I have a receipt with girls name but don’t wanna put her on blast not sure if it will hurt her sales but she has a very different hairstyle going on but very nice clean store and next door la Reyna has great menudo.
