I had an amazing experience with the manager while switching to Metro. He was kind and helped us with our switch from AT&T to Metro. I recommend this store if you want to switch to Metro!

Great Metro location. Service is courteous, fast, & respectful. It's also a well maintained & clean store with a good selection of phone cases & other accessories. Can't remember the name of the young gentleman who helped me, but he was Latino & bilingual, which was great because he was also able to answer any & all questions my parents had in Spanish. I ended up getting the T-Mobile WiFi, which has been amazing - faster internet than Spectrum, no outages, & at a better price.

I had so much fun getting a new phone and treated like a fateful customer since 2011. I was helped by Mo & Anthony. They both knew their business and offered everything I qualify for. Give those young men something for there dedicated service they give you and customer. It's nice to find stores you want to spend money at their business. Thank you. I am going to ask them if they were congratulated.
