Although we couldn't get the problem fixed tonight, I'm still giving a 5 star because employee that helped me (Javier) was very helpful and gave me the best options to resolve the issue I can do from home?

The customer service here by Estefania is very very terrible I will be never be coming here and I will be making sure my family revokes all their accounts with metro piece of crap. I understand there's nothing this rude ass lady can do but she has the worst customer service and attitude about it, she didn't even attempt to help us out it just makes you wanna throw all your morals away and drag her out of the store by that ugly ass nappy hair. This is probably why nobody comes to this location and I wouldn't recommend coming here. Worst experience ever. Can't even have no smile or hello how are you. Don't work in customer service if your gonna act like a fool and not even attempt to help a customer.

On line it shows that the Metro PCS store closes at 8pm and I arrived at 7:30 yesterday. The store hours should be updated if they close before 8pm

My new IPhone that I had less than 6 months overheated so I took it to this Metro to get a manufacturers warranty. They claimed I bent my phone by sitting on it while it was in my back pocket but I haven’t even worn anything with back pockets in over 7 years. Evening if it was bent from my back pocket it wouldn’t have made any sense since it was bent vertical and a back pocket would cause a horizontal bend to occur. Asked to get a review from someone who had higher authority and they told me to come back the next day at a specific time to talk to the district manager. Came back the next day at the agreed upon time and the district manager never showed up and the workers told me to come back another day and time. This store is an absolute joke and their workers are literally incompetent because they don’t know the difference from horizontal and vertical. I would rate negative stars if I could because that’s all irrational the workers are.

Do not go here. Was told by two ladies at the counter that metropcs only allows you to charge up to $300 on your personal credit card. Beyond that amount, you have to finance through metropcs/tmobile.

Kiki at this store is the rudest and most racist clerk period. Instead of listening to the customer she started with her racist ignorant attitude and assumed the customer wanted an insurance claim. The customer did not have insurance and just wanted to see if the phone could be repaired. The racist clerk, Kiki, was insulting and rude, and when she feigned ignorance to her rudeness, I tried to offer her an outside insight to her rudeness. She chimes that I was entitled to my opinion but she could not huge a damn because she was the manager. If true, that is sad and she should be fired
