I purchased a washing machine that broke on the second wash. I've been trying to get a refund with no avail. The very little times I've tried to get corporate info or any time of information, all the managers have been rude, know nothing, unwilling to provide any type of information, and have been very rude. They just hang up on you or send you back to the main menu. When finally reaching out to their "corporate executive customer service" reps, I get the same unwillingness to provide information and or resolve the issue at hand. Never purchase any thing from them especially any type of major appliance because if it breaks down they will make no effort to give you your money back. You will lose your time and money and be treated poorly without any care for their customers. Worst experience ever. Will NEVER recommend doing business with any Lowes stores. They lack in customer service, don't care about their customers, and lack integrity.

Off course Lowe’s the worst to buy something
I got appliance from them got home damage
And they refused to return
Because the return policies only 48 hours
That’s why we love Home Depot
Even I asked to speak to the manager
He came after 30 minutes
And wasn’t professional at all

Sales associate Star is an amazing worker, person, and just so very helpful. She has a beautiful personality and was so informative with all of the information!! Our questions were answered quickly, efficiently and just helped us so much!! Thank you Star!

Don’t expect to get help in electrical, waited 15, 20 minutes, asked 3 associates if they could open the electrical gate, no response.

Ran in for a quick trip for some sprinkler heads on a weekend morning. Employee was helping a guy. After 5 minutes I said, “Can you ring up these 3 things?” She said “wait a minute.” I think she was helping him look up his account. After another 5 minutes I said, “Excuse me I only have 3 things.” She said, “I’m doing something.”
And that’s one of the reasons people go to Home Depot and not Lowes.

Good selection. Clean. Well organized. We were excited to find live lady bugs for the garden. One employee was in garden - asked if we needed help, then helped us out when we had questions about having both ladybugs and praying mantis. My husband loves that they have a veteran's discount.

Employees working the floor have always been approachable and helpful. There’s also enough of them around that you’re not walking through multiple aisles just to find someone. I’d watch out for the girl with the chubby face in self checkout, though, because she will come up behind you to review your scans. Treating your customers like thieves is a good way to turn them away and send their money to a competitor. Keep it up, Lowe’s!
