The Customer service desk is such a let down! Try calling them and watch the minutes add up waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Even in store you could be waiting 10 to 15 mins for someone to show up. Now don't get me wrong, when finally someone does show up or answer the phone they are very helpful.

I recently purchased a big item at this store and gave instructions to release the product to another person (the installer). They would release the item because the person who sold me the item forgot to write my instructions and at the end I had to drop what I was doing at work and headed to meet with the installer to get the product released. I attempted to speak with the manager, Ashley, who obviously has no professionalism and can care less if the store loses money. Bad customer service service. Go to Home Depot instead.

I have normally had mixed encounters here at Lowe's but majority of the time I understand because I see how busy and understaffed they are but this time my experience was 10/10 in paint I just had to post a review! I came this time with my 10 year old indecisive daughter who wanted to repaint her room for her birthday. Both me and my daughter know absolutely nothing about paint products but a young girl named Vanessa was so helpful!! I remembered her name because my name is also Vanessa and she truly made my night. She answered and explained all my questions and even my daughters silly questions about the colors. She was so patient and kind to my daughter, who has autism. As she was making another customers order my daughter kept going up to her and she would willingly go out her way to make sure every question she asked was answered and even cracked jokes with her to make her giggle. My daughter struggles to make friends and when we left the store she begged me if we can come back tomorrow to visit her new "painter friend." People like this have such big impacts on children like my own and it did not go unnoticed thank you sweet, Vanessa and Lowe's!

My experience at Lowe's has always been overall positive, there have been a few instances that make me want to turn and go the other way, but most of all it's been good. My experience most recently has been over the top with great customer service, great customer engagement, the interest was shared with such positive energy, and the smiles just topped it off with sincerity and genuine nature! Georgette and Alejandro was absolutely amazing in helping me in the flooring department! Georgette was patience with me listening to my concerns and addressing them in the most professional way! Alejandro assisted me in the final process but I had to smile as he patiently listened to Georgette and I talk! The personal touch in making you feel more than a customer was felt from both! I can't wait to get my carpet and will definitely circle back around and see what else I can find at Lowe's Fontana!!! Thank you for making me feel special!!!!

If I can rate 0 I'll rate zero! I came here for rocks and bricks for my garden with my husband and we bought a lot to fill up my backyard. As I was at the cashier the lady said we can ask anyone for help. I did I asked if he can help load them with my husband. He said oh he's doing fine by himself. It's hot outside and my husband is loading these. So I asked again just a little bit of help and he flat out says to my face "when I go out shopping with my wife I do everything by myself" like what! To disrespect us like that was unbelievable! I went to the manager and she seemed like she didn't care! The cashier who had helped us said that he's been getting a lot of complaints! Well fire him then! His name started with a J he's white and tall with little to no hair! Maybe his wife can help him with getting more hair!

Went to Lowes in Fontana and was greeted at the entrance by a Lowes representative soliciting home improvement. I asked about a home central air-condition system, she had taken my information. And within a very short period of time I received a phone call from Right Time Home Services wanting to come out and quote me. A Salesman comes to my house examines my unit, I gave him a few minutes to look up what ever he need to. Then starts going on and on and making promises his company would never be able to deliver on, and every time I confronted anything he was saying he would back track what he said. Finally I insisted on the price and he through out a number that was outrageously high "probably knowingly" then starts working his way down on the price, after a few more minutes I finally had enough and asked the guy just go back to his office and email a quote. And still waiting on the quote. And that's when I did an Yelp review turns out Lowes sent me out a 2 1/2 star company to do a $18,000 job.

The worst experience getting my kitchen done through Lowes. We have been without a kitchen for 3 months. They messed up on the measurements then tried to blame us for it. We bought a refrigerator and microwave but can't gave it delivered because we have no kitchen. We are still waiting on a call to finish our kitchen. I would never go through lowes again. Worse experience ever.

Great selection but poor service & poor communication amongst its employees. Was waiting almost 30+ minutes for one item they claimed they had stock of. The only reason I stayed that long is because they reassured me again that they had said item in stock.

Very poor customer service. Only two employees there have good customer service , a women named start and a young man around the age of 18 whose name I do not recall. Regardless of the large amount. Of calls star is professional and does her best with retrieving information . Whatever you do do not order from Lowe's! I ordered a 15X8 STORAGE SHED on July 14th and I was supposed to receive on July 28th and I have still haven't received . First I was told it wasn't here then I was told it was . This is the third time I call to see if the vendor has called them back with an update . I keep getting told they aren't answering . I've called in the morning , afternoon and evening and it's always the same answer . Ridiculous to know I'm almost done paying the shed and no one knows whether it's been shipped or not . I am currently paying a storage space to keep my things in the meantime , this is ridiculous !! I should be reimbursed for the days I have to pay for storage. Definitely will be shopping at Home Depot moving forward ! Definitely no competition there !

Came here to see what they have for bathroom sink faucet & some type of outdoor plants . Didn't have style I like here and seems like they are stocking on plants as I walk around . Be back a few days when they are completely restocking . I encountered an employee greeted me at the bathroom sections , he asked if I needed help in finding anything. Lowes never seems to have anyone to assist their customers, not unless you're standing at the register and then they will surly help. I asked som guy what isles were rebars on? He didn't know. Asked someone else that never came back. Took a guess and found it myself. Asked a sorry kid to help me with a 50lb bag of sand, hold on let me find someone they never came. I ended up squatting using my legs and arms and did it my self , charcoal-- guy was standing right there do you think he would even offer? This shows how they really feel about the female customer. I'm in my late 50 thank goodness I can still do this correctly. I'm destroying my CC with lowes because this is crazy. I would rather put a -10 on the board for service and or assistance everything lowes lacks..

Don't trust their app! App said they had 36 food grade 5 gallon buckets in stock and I went in and they had none. Next on my list was bamboo stakes. The app stated there was 31 in stock but guess what. None. Very disappointed. Will have to order online and come back again to pick up which means, project delayed!

Do not shop here! Customer information is not kept confidential! Save yourself the trouble of trying to get ahold of any associate when calling here! I purchased a refrigerator well over $5k at this specific store about 2 years ago, and am only calling to get specifics about my warranty from the appliance department. On 5/31/23 @7:54pm I have been hung up on a total of 3 times. Every time no one answered in appliances, my call was sent to what I assume would be the returns or front desk after pressing zero! On 1 specific call, appliances didn't answer, and my call was picked up by a person without any greeting whatsoever and was repeatedly placed on hold over and over for a duration of approximately 28 minutes, then hung up on, all without anyone greeting me or asking me to please hold. On my 4th call, the same scenario took place for about 8 minutes , then a young lady answered the phone and finally asked how she could direct my call, and I seriously explained the situation at that moment, and what had just happened over the course of 45 minutes and told her if I was hung up on again, I would immediately head to the store and make the manager on duty aware of what had been going on, and she giggled! Needless to say I was supposedly directed to the person in charge because Jonathan, the store manager was off. I will not name her, but she apologized after I had told her everything I just went through. She then asked for my number to look up my information and asked to put me on a brief hold while she got ahold of someone to look it up. She then asked if we get disconnected, can she call me back at the number I gave her, and I said yes. She came back after 2 minutes, gave me the info on what I need to do, I said thank you, all was pleasant and we both hung up. About 10 minutes go by, I get a phone call from the store number, I answered, then some young man asked me if I just called Lowe's, then said some threatening and derogatory words towards me, then hung up. This is way out of line, and a breach of my privacy. My phone number and situation was obviously given to an associate and call be back because he thought he was defending his coworker. I immediately called the police department, filed a report, and will be pressing this issue to the fullest extent. This is unacceptable and completely out of line! I'm in shock! I then call back this morning 6/1/23 and ask to speak to Jonathan, and the same girl from last night asked me what it's regarding, and I replied, an incident that took place last night. She put me on hold, came back, then said Jonathan was with a customer and directed me to "Nick". I feel as if this girl doesn't want this issue to get to Jonathan, and is having regular employees pretending to be a person in charge. I am waiting until the end of the day to hear back from Jonathan. If I don't, I will be heading to the store to speak to him personally.

Do not go to Lowe's for any installation just go through a company that does it directly. We ordered a metal screen door with installation. Sadly, there was no communication with the store or even corporate side who initially called me and said he would call back but never did. We paid the 40 dollars to have our door measured then we went to Lowe's to pay for the full amount of the door cost then the installers said they couldn't install it due to "stucco" and took the door back to Lowe's and said we wanted it "cancelled" which we never said that. You would think Lowe's would call us to confirm the cancellation. But they didn't! So we had to call Lowe's to ask what was going on mind you they never refunded our money if it was "cancelled". So then they set up another date to make it right and have the person who measured it to install it since everything was fine the other installers were just being lazy. So the guy went to go pick up the door and Lowe's didn't have our door which was odd because they never refunded our money back so why wouldn't they give him the door. There was so much more. But long story short just don't go to Lowe's or diy if you have time which I didn't which is why I went with them. Lowe's has horrible customer service and unorganized not only at the store but corporate too and to think we were going to get our windows done by them.
