She talked to meto understand what I needed, and she helped me quickly with all thenecessary stuff. Had arrived half hour past closing since I'm a new customer and was not aware of the closing time ,and luckily ran into Royce who was locking up and was nice enough to let me in my unit since he was already there , I can truly say this employee went above and beyond for a customer and I felt that he was genuinely staying late to satisfy a customer I can see why people leave good reviews.
