These folks do amazing, high quality work. The go-to guy here is Vince the service manager, who is absolutely great at customer service, giving estimates, communicating, and keeping track of how the work is going. He and the rest of the staff worked a miracle on my Lazy Daze RV, which needed a lot of body work. I am so happy with the results and have been telling everyone about it. Plus, they got it done on time, and on budget. Amazing! Thank you as well to the owner Jon, who personally spoke to me multiple times and was so accomodating. Way to go, Leisure Coachworks, and thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very positive experience. Communication kept us informed on progress. They worked directly with my insurance company. Work was completed in a timely manner.

Great experience! Price was a bit lower than expected, it was done a day sooner than expected. Weather sucked- 100 degrees- not their fault.

Leisure RV parts was the only place that was able work on our coach. They are reasonable in pricing and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything in detail and are easily approachable. Never feel like you’re being rushed. We will continue to bring it in for all future needs.

Beware if you order anything over the phone with them. Get confirmation of the part that they are sending IN WRITING. Take pictures of everything.Better yet...buy your stuff somewhere else.

Recently, when jumping in the drivers seat of my motor home to leave on vacation I discovered that someone had peppered my entire windshield with a pellet gun. Having had previous work done by Leisure Coachworks I gave them a call to see if they could replace it. I spoke to Vince in service, sent a few pictures and a replace windshield was ordered. After dropping off the RV Vince called to sadly report the replacement windshield had arrived cracked. Another ordered and arrived in tact, installed and still completed on the day promised. GREAT SERVICE, and outstanding workmanship. I was always kept informed of what was going on. Also ran into Jon, company president, who remembered the work they did for me (interior upgrades) some 5 years ago when he saw the RV. Highly recommend Leisure Coachworks. Randy

I can't say that I am impressed with their customer service. I purchase a pair of RV entry door latches and I misplaced the keys. I do have the Key Code, so I contacted parts to obtain a replacement key(s). The pair of latches cost less than $50 so hopefully a key would not cost more that that, but unfortunately that would not be the case. The text chain goes as follows: I misplaced/lost my key but have the key code of B062 manufactured in 2021. Is is possible to obtain a replacement key? reply: Hello, our key codes change with every batch of 10-16 latches most manufacturers use only a small number throughout the entire line. This is done for security purposes and due to the number of codes, it is not feasible to keep this number of keys in stock. Our apologies for the inconvenience. my reply: Thank you for your swift response to my inquiry. Since you do not stock or able to cut to order, can you provide me with an alternative source? their reply: Unfortunately, there is no way to cut a key without the original please try contacting a locksmith thank you. So, their solution was not to put me in touch with their supplier of locks to obtain a two dollar key, but to hire a locksmith with a cost of over $100 to resolve this problem. They could have at least, recommended that I just purchase another pair of latches. But I do believe that they do have a source other than the locksmith for a key that has a code. I don't believe that they wanted to take the time to look anything up.

We had our RV in for some warranty covered service and as usual, the service was top notch! Whenever we go in, Vince has always been attentive to our needs and great at communicating and keeping us in the loop. Vince is a great representative of the company and does his job well!
