Such a great doctor, super friendly staff and the pricing is great! I went to a vet inside a Petco and was quoted over $600, but this vet ascertained the problem and got me out the door under $300. We go here for all our regular veterinary needs now, cannot recommend enough!

This place is amazing. I have been coming here for years and always have a wonderful experience. Dr.Lee is the best!!!!!!!!! She truly loves what she does and cares about the animals. The staff is great and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

First time here. Great that they offer Sunday appointments for those of us who work during the week! The doctor was amazing. She was gentle and professional. The staff was professional and courteous as well. Very happy with my service here. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this veterinarian.

I will give the establishment and the staff the A+ I have taken my mother Dog and the 5 siblings to other places and no one beats the service they provide or the price. I paid less for six digs than I would pay for one dog at the other nearby animal hospitals not to mention Petco And other pet stores surrounding The Inland Empire

Took my dog today as a "walk-in" and waited less than 10 minutes. The veterinarians were extremely nice to me and my dog; they were also very efficient and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes total. Looking forward to taking him back for his future needs !

I was taking my dog to another vet but decided to come here just for a second opinion and seeing all the positive reviews was another reason I brought my dog Gisele here. I'm regretting it now, I was told at the last appointment that it looked like she had cancer and the vet wanted to put her down already without doing the test to make sure. I said I wanted to do the test first and the vet said she'd have to order some special bottles for me to collect a pee sample in and that it would take a week for them to come in, I said ok and asked if she was going to give me any medicine for the meantime so my dog would be more comfortable while we waited to get the test done, the vet said "oh no, we'll just leave her like that" So the week passed and nobody called me to let me know the bottles to collect the pee sample had come in already, I called a week and 2 days later and they told me "oh yeah they came in a few days ago" So they had come in and didn't call me like they said they would for me to go pick them up and meanwhile my dog is getting worse waiting without any medication, I was giving her the small amount I had left of the medication from the app. Previous to the last but only once instead of twice a day cause I had a small amount left. She ended up getting so bad we had to end up putting her down. I feel like the vet was just like "oh well looks like cancer so let's not try anymore and just let her die." because obviously they didn't care anymore, I didn't even get a call when the pee sample bottles came in and she didn't bother giving me any medicine while we waited either when it was clear my dog was not ok. Really disappointed in this place, I feel like they didn't care to try to save her

LOVE this place for my cat! Dr. lee is so gentle and truly caring...you can tell she loves pets and knows her job well. Their prices are very reasonable and the front staff is amazing. They get you in and out quickly, they address all of your concerns but are sure to keep it focused as opposed to waste your time on things you don't need only to be able to charge you more. I will definitely continue bringing my cat here.

We have been coming to this vet since the original owner was here now his wonderful daughter has taken over and I will never go anywhere else. I loved about 45 mins away but will still drive out to Dr.Lee her complete crew of vet techs are so sweet and remember they're patients which is awesome. I alone take my 10 dogs my grandmothers 5 and my great grandmothers 2. Their prices have always been reasonable and scheduling is great. I will continue bringing my kids here forever

I have been coming here fir about a decade now. I moved 34miles away in North Orange County and tried the Vets in my area. First, vets in oc are ultra expensive, plus I did doubt tge diagnosis of one vet. So I took my senior dogs back to Dr Lee. She remains accomodating and very helpful. staffs are efficient and friendly. It is a plus that her vet service is half the price of the vets in North Orange county.

Dr Lee and her staff are hands down the most caring team around. There are good vets around that provide great care. But when you go to humane animal hospital, you can feel how much they care. They can meet most of your needs aside from any sort of urgent care.

The doctor is lovely. She's compassionate and thorough and keeps in mind whether or not a procedure is feasible and when we had to put our 19 year old Chiweewee out of his misery she was kind and warm.

I absolutely love this place now ! I found this place calling around to get prices for puppies first round of shots and this place definitely sold me. I did a walk in around 12pm and was out 12:30pm so the service was great. And I love the fact they gave my a Pet Passport booklet with their shots and I've gone to vets around my living area (Upland) and they just give paper copies that's so easy to lose. I'm really pleased with this vet and will forsure be coming back. Thank you !
