Today I was not satisfied, usually order 3lbs of rancheras preparada and 2lbs short ribs preparada, and it all in a charola with more marinade today, the butcher just packed each one individually, and the meat is not as flavorful Hopefully, next time it improves.

I think all the bad reviews are just haters if you want good stuff gotta pay for it plain and simple or go to Cardenas and get rubber carne asada!!!! Those who want blue seleste don't cost it, don't go screaming about the price!! The best meat in my taste!!

I have always come to this establishment to purchase their steaks and the ranchera meat because of its good quality. However, today I decided to purchase the Milanesa chicken breast because I have never tried there chicken here before. Since there meat is great quality, I expected the chicken to be the same way. But to my knowledge as soon as I opened the package of chicken, a pungent disturbing whiff of sulfur came out of the package. I assumed that this odor came from the plastic packaging so i discarded the package and put the chicken in a different container. That odor was still on the chicken even after washing it. I decided to cook a piece of the chicken to see if it was edible and if didn't have a weird taste. As I tasted the cooked chicken there was a nasty smell and sour rotten taste. I am unsure if the establishment knew that this chicken was not up to date anymore, but I could not return it no more because I prepared and marinated the chicken without realizing that every piece of the chicken was not edible. Now i see why not a lot of people buy the chicken.

The truth is, the quality of the meat is very good. I always buy at the River Side butcher shop. This time I bought it here in Fontana, but the meat had no flavor. It was missing seasoning. I had to put seasoning on it.

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about the butcher shop. It looks good and clean. The employees who served me were friendly. It's my first time going to this butcher shop and I bought jerky, which costs $13.99 a pound, and diesmillo, which costs $7.99 a pound. pound. When I ate it, I felt a very penetrating smell like goat. I thought it was just me who thought like that, but a few days later my husband told me I think the meat has a smell and I told him I think the same thing, so it did smell bad... but we decided to give it a second chance to see if it would come out the same again and one week ago I bought diesmillo and ranchera for some visits and the truth is that the same smell was so penetrating, I felt sorry for my guests because I feel like they noticed it too and two of them They told me where you bought the meat because it had a smell that I don't think is normal. I was embarrassed because they noticed it and I realized that the problem was with the diesmillo. I will definitely not buy meat at that butcher shop again. It's probably just the diesmillo, but I think that if I'm paying a price it's for something I can eat with pleasure and not with disgust. .. that is my experience and I hope that those at the butcher shop can handle it. Some meats have a high price and the truth is that I don't care about that because I am aware that it is fair to pay it if the meat has a good quality but to pay for something that I had to shooting honestly is not fair

Love it called in ahead of time about 2 days in advance. My order was ready and they were so helpful and they even threw in a house salsa . Perfect for la carnita asada

The ranchera meat at this location is not marinated well. It's dry and lacks flavor. I will continue to go to the Riverside location instead.
