Stop by to make a sephora kohls returns and was not pleased with my experience. The customer service here is so poor. I needed makeup quick so I purchased by the kohls close to me. From now on I will drive the extra miles to get to a real sephora. I bought two items to use the coupon they gave me and almost left because kohls is not the type of store I usually shop at and couldnt find anything. However, against my better judgement I bought the items anyway. I asked a lady a question and she responded with a nasty tone at the register. Then another associate comes out of God knows where and asked me did I need help as I was bagging my things in self check out. Now why on earth would I need help bagging my already bagged items. Lol it was like the twilight zone in here. Won't be back.

It's still Kohls, but they've gotten rid of all the cashiers (or at least I didn't see any) and everything is self checkout.

Arrived here in a pinch for Shirt and tie for wedding this afternoon. They had a great selection at affordable prices. Found what I needed and was prepared for the wedding!! Woot-woot. Kohl’s saved the day!!

I used to shop here very frequently 25 years since the store was built back late 2000’d unfortunately at this time , this driven , unsustainable business and customer experience has been entirely different from back then especially “ worst customer retail experiences shopping I have ever seen in! And now the associate/ manager serous far beyond worst than I seen and the store is very uncomfortable, clutter along the merchandise not stocking as much professionally as possible with this store and I seen the news the Kolhs files a bankruptcy hearing much store are closing especially this Fontana store facility, beyond worst store shopping experience I had ever face-it, just terrible!!!!
