Absolutely amazing! And the staff is incredible. My daughter attended Pre-K & kindergarten. Her teacher's Ms. Evelyn & Ms. Cristina put all their love to teaching them & getting them prepared for first grade. My daughter is in 1st grade & reading at 3rd grade level , doing 2nd grade math. Can't forget about Ms. Adrienne, for attention & helping with homework, she gives all the students at the after-schools program. She Thank you, Kiddie Academy of Fontana, for all you do!

If your son or daughter has special needs or is on the spectrum, do not take your kid here. My son is five years old and is on the spectrum and was bullied for "not being normal". when we the parents had requested a parent teacher conference to talk about the possible bulling that's going on, they told us that we need to teach our 5 year old how react to the bullying and to teach him how to "grow a backbone" instead of just talking to the kids and asking them to stop. Mind you he is not the only kid that has been bullied. A girl was bullied at this school about her birthmark on her arm, the kids called her ugly to the point she started covering it up. When Her mom came up to the school to address the issue the school told her she's overreacting. Also, If you are a "young parent", do not go here, they'll just brush all of your concerns to the side or blame them on you or your kid. And yes they have cameras in the classroom but it's on only for an hour for the parents. Almost every incident that has happened to our son it's magically when we can't see it. On one day our son had 6 kids circling around him, getting in his face & when my son finally reacted and told them to get out of his face, he got punished. The teacher said he shouldn't have reacted like that. They also had accused my son of touching another student inappropriately with no evidence. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? The final straw was when our sons father was looking on the cameras in the morning and is seeing our son sitting on the complete opposite side of the classroom alone doing his class work and then the teacher came and snatched his work from him for no apparent reason. Not to mention but the teacher then refused to talk to my son when he tried asking her what he did wrong. This school is not equipped to handle with any kid that is "not normal" there word's exactly. They told us that if our son was normal then maybe he wouldn't be getting treated like this. This school has severed the relationship that our son has with learning. Everyday we have asked him do you want to go back to school and he refuses, he says he's too afraid to go back. He feels like he can't trust the teachers. And for a five year old to be going through this is not okay. To be told from the school that we as parents, are overreacting is also not okay. Thank you kiddie academy for breaking down my son.

This review is long overdue. I pulled my daughter out of kiddie academy around December 2021 or January 2022. The reason was my daughter came home to me crying and told me her teacher in the 3s classroom told her to "shut up" and that she "cries too much." My toddler was new to daycare and it was different for her to be away from home so of course she is going to cry !! Ever since then I have not been able to put my daughter in child care because she is scared of teachers and is traumatized of school. I live in Fontana so when I travel around the area of the school she freaks out and begs me not to take her back. The only reason it's not a 1 star review is because the front desk staff was very nice in the registration process and I did like them. But the teacher should not be there and if you don't like working with kids or don't have the patience then don't go into child care !

I am so so happy I was able to get my daughter into this daycare. I love the safely at the door. No way anyone can get in with out a code or finger print. All the class rooms are super clean and the staff is so friendly. My daughter comes home everyday with a new picture or drawing. They are even helping me with potty training. She is 2 1/2 and doing really good.

My son started at Kiddie Academy of Fontana four months ago now when he was three months old. He is my first baby and I was very nervous to leave him especially since he is unable to communicate to me.I love it here. The ladies that run the front office, the teachers, everyone is so kind. Every time I bring my son I feel so welcomed and so glad to have been able to enroll him here. Both of his teachers are great - Miss Maria and Miss Katherine. I love that I'm able to watch the cameras and certain times of the day.Miss Katherine specifically is so kind and gentle with my baby. One afternoon I was watching the cameras and she was feeding one of the babies that was very distracted. The way she was refocusing him by gently touching his shoulders or tapping her nails on the high chair in a kind way was so cute and made me feel really glad she was my sons teacher. I can tell every time I'm there or watching the cameras how much she cares and is just meant to be in a job like this.I love that the academy does so many event days or projects that all ages participate in. Sometimes it might sound silly for a baby my sons age to participate in the Easter egg hunts or what have you but I absolutely love that they introduce them at such a young age to so many activities. I see my son growing and learning every day. I really don't have anything negative to say about the facility. I really do love it here and recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare for their baby.

I'm thankful I found Kiddie Academy Fontana for my baby. He has been attending for about 3 months. Everyone is so caring and helpful towards him. I am able to watch him certain hours of the day through the infant cam in the room which brings smiles to my face while at work. I have peace of mind knowing that he is safe and happy. I appreciate that initially they ask for identification of anyone picking up my baby until they got to know my husband and I. I have no problem showing my ID at any time because wearing masks makes recognizing faces more difficult. I would recommend Kiddie Academy Fontana to anyone searching for a safe, clean, and pleasant daycare.

After loosing a sitter earlier this year I struggled with finding quality daycare for my youngest whom is 4yrs old. I only had the option of enrolling her in half day preschool which would not work for my schedule and after going to a few different in-home and centers I decided to enroll her at this location, mainly because they have a pre-k program that I felt she would benefit from most. i was terrified the first day just as she was. This was the first time she would be with non related people. After we both cried it all out the first day, she was so happy when I picked her up. Over these past couple months she has flourished in her learning and has became so attached to her amazing teachers Ms. Diana and Ms Danielle. She recently has gotten a little upset when I pick her up too early lol. I think that is a great sign! It brings me so much joy when she sings me a song she learned or shows me how to write or draw things that she learned in school. I am definitely happy with the decision to enroll her at this location.

Well this review is long over due! My daughter attended this school two years ago. At first I was scared because what parent isn't scared to leave their child with other adults!! Especially when your kids are at an age where they can't really communicate with you. The one thing about this daycare that stood out to me was that they have cameras. One day I work I had a slow and easy day. I was able to watch cameras and that day happened to be water day. I know it can be hectic because all the kids needed a changing. Anyways! My daughters teacher Ms. Marina! Literally threw a towel at my daughter! My daughter was 3! So she didn't really know how to catch! The towel landed in her face!!!!! I was so furious!! As soon as I got the the daycare I spoke with the Director! We went over the tape and she also agreed that that wasn't the way to go about things! She said she would have a talk with Ms. Marina! I saw a lot of things through that camera. There would be other teachers that's would lift the kids from their arms when they were misbehaving! I wouldn't recommend this daycare! I feel like they need really pay attention to the teachers they hire!

Looking around (on yelp and google) to see where i can take my 17 month old baby but did not realize that this place would be too far from where we live. Nonetheless, my phone inquiry with a girl named Ms. Anne went smooth and sweet. She was very fun to talk to and answered my questions thoroughly. She even went the extra mile to recommend their sister school in Rancho Cucamonga to see if that location would be a little closer to us. My husband and I have different work schedules and we need something closer to us. I was impressed with the way the virtual tour flowed and their safety procedures. They have a monitor that is connected to the door and if you are not fingerprinted, you would not be able to get in. She showed me the plastic barriers that they have to make sure that they social distance the children and everyone in the center was wearing masks. The curriculum that they offer seems inviting and packed with different learning cues which i loved. I’m sad that we are too far but we will work out our schedules to see if we can enroll our child in the future. But in the meantime we would recommend this place to our friends who are so much closer to Fontana.
