This urgent care is terrible. They turned my grand baby away at 815pm when they are open till 9pm and had my 8 month old grand baby go to the fontana er for 8 hours all because of a bunch of lazy medical nurses. Shut this place done!!! All grand baby has is a cold!

ER waits are extra long and you need to make sure when you leave because the wait is to long that they mark you as left without being seen.

If I could I'd give zero the security was rude off the bat when I jus asked a simple question of where do I stand to be called and gave me a rude response. Also not to mention the lady's in the emergency office just sit on their phones while people are waiting in line. Whoever's running this place is shit
