This was my first time ever having to pay taxes and I wasn't really sure who to go to. One of my friends told me to try this place and decided to give it a go since tax season is rapidly approaching and I'm really glad I did. Everyone was pretty nice, but one of the workers called Orlando stands out for being an amazing help. He answered all of my questions and really helped me better understand the entire tax process and what info I needed to provide in order for the process to run as smoothly as possible. I will definitely be coming back here for the next tax season, and I am happy there are people like Orlando who make the entire process easier for people like me.
