Great service, communications, and repair of my 2016 enclosed car hauler. I bought it used from out of state sight unseen, and was disappointed when the trailer arrived. JB trailer did a great job for a fair price and I highly recommend them.

Terrible trailer repair shop! The venue is small and messy, and the maintenance charges are repeated and not done carefully. I only replaced a quarter of the seals, and some parts were not repaired at all. They only charged a few simple issues for $970. I can buy it at this price. A pair of new doors, I was told before the repair that it might cost 300-400, but at the end of the check I was given a bill of 970. I was surprised, but JB’s boss thought he did a good job! Terrible experience, don't go here to get your trailer repaired, he will make you pay triple the price! ! ! ! ! !

I brought my 53' 1995 Concept Racing trailer to the guys at JB with significant damage to the undercarriage and multiple crack throughput the frame. They did a fantastic job of this major repair, and they did so in the timeframe we had allotted... great guys, great service, great work, great company. I'm very happy with the service I received from JB Trailer Service Inc. If you're in Rigby, Idaho I highly recommend this shop.
