Thor had me take my 2022 thor magnatude to j&l to fix a long list of warranty issues some very serious. Slideout opening while driving. Awning screws stripped out and cabover screws coming out. They had my unit for 1 1/2 months called and said it's done. I live 6 hours away. My rv was dirty inside and out while driving home slideout was still opening had to pull over several times to retract it in. It's been one year since and cabover screws are coming out again also awning screws are coming out. Do Not recommend this company

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I was sold an RV with Water damage and they lied about the year. I have lost 30k when selling because it was so deeply devalued by the damage. the batteries were also dead. They lie do not trust them.

It's a family own business, But very busy you do have to schedule in order to get any repairs done but they will accommodate.

I love this family owned business. Forest River highly recommended them and I can see why. Great work!

I had my truck breakdown in front of J&L RV Repair and the female from the business became enraged that I was Infront of their business. I told her my engine has seized so I can to get a tow and was waiting for that tow when she became enraged too bad the owner of this place are racists and think the public sidewalk Infront of THEIR business is also THEIR property which it isn't!

We had a mishap on our maiden voyage in our Class A Motorhome. We also ended up with a few warranty issues with the coach after our first trip. J & L took care of all of our issues. Both Joe and Joelene were spectacular throughout the whole procedure. Joelene was very knowledgable right from the jump. I had already had contact with Forest River regarding the warranty work, but she jumped right in and got every issue addressed and repaired. They did an excellent job on the body work as well. If you need any work done on your coach, call J & L. The whole team goes above and beyondService: Body & Trim

I had minor damage on my motorhome and selected J & L because I also had a couple of other items I wanted fixed. My insurance paid me for the collision repair and I provided a copy of Progressive's estimate to J & L. The other two items were a cab radio antenna and to check my levelers because the rear was not working good. The collision repair was satisfactory. The antenna that they ordered was installed in the spot of the coach radio, wrong, the bad antenna on the roof was the cab antenna. Joe the owner refused to move it to the correct location, but had the office reverse the charges for the part and labor; nice, but this still left me with a problem. The levelers were not repaired and I was told I needed a part that was now obsolete. For this diagnosis I was charged $165.00, which I felt was ridiculous. I challenged the charge and one Marisa in the front office claimed that she had been on the phone for half of a day to get the info on the obsolete part. No repair was done and I don't believe any tech looked at the problem. Joelene, the lead office lady had it in her mind from the start that the part needed was a solenoid valve. On the insurance work they told me that a moulding needed was backordered and would take 6 to 9 weeks. They completed my repair in about 6 weeks. My insurance company requested the price of the moulding because they had failed to include it in the original estimate. J & L never provided a charge to the insurer for the moulding. When I questioned Marisa about the price of the moulding she took a moment or two and said the price was $165.00. I found it more than coincidental that the moulding price was identical to the bogus leveler diagnostic fee! My insurance company agreed with me and they got a price on the moulding that was used. W/O shipping it was $302.00. The adjuster sent me a check for that amount. My insurance was awesome to work with, but J & L was a pain in the butt. I do not recommend this business. They are dishonest and somewhat incompetent. Also, they left the inside of my RV messy. For some reason the dinette table had fallen down to the floor and was left that way. Also, they left some trash in my RV and a couple of cabinet doors were opened (I wondered why they opened those up at all). It is difficult to find a good shop these days and I admit to being fussy. Still both myself and my insurer found J & L unsatisfactory.

J and L was recommended by my rep at Forest River. Family owned business w great customer service and quality workmanship. Definitely a lot quicker than a dealer and much easier to deal w. Finished all of the outstanding warranty work and Joe sealed my roof where there appeared to be a potential spot for leaks. I also wanted a table base installed so I can add a table for my recliners. They didn’t install it because Joe wasn’t sure if it was going to work for what I needed. So glad he didn’t, because he was right that it wouldn’t have worked. Told me to send a pic of what I wanted and he would get it done on my way back through. Highly recommend J and L if you need your rv serviced!Services: Body & Trim

Needless to say, motor home manufacturing quality has dropped significantly during the pandemic when we purchased our new Entegra XL34B. J&L was recommended by a friend, and we were not disappointed with the warranty work they did on our first go around with the repairs they made a no charge. Some things were out of their control initially due to the supply chain issues, but they made some temporary fixes until the parts arrive. You do have to be patient to get an appointment as they are very busy, a testament to their work. Very pleased.

From the first call to J and L, which I made while stranded on the shoulder of the 210, to when I picked up my Class C RV following a major repair, I was comforted by their humanism. They are a genuinely hard working family and treated me extremely well, coordinated effortlessly with my insurer, and got our RV roof repaired surprisingly quickly. For starters, they dispatched family patriarch Joe to meet me where I was stranded on the 210. He came to assess the situation. The roof on my 2006 Winnebago View peeled back like a banana during heavy crosswinds at the intersection of the 15 and the 210. I spent and hour beneath and underpass with a roll of Gorilla Tape trying to get it to lay back down. When Joe arrived, I was finishing up the roadside repair job and he felt it was safe to drive it to their shop in Fontana…where I met the rest of the family. They are all very respectful.I had to rent a car to get home. They were helpful with that process, too, offering me a ride to get the rental. They also picked me up at the train station when I went to collect our repaired RV. It was ready for pick-up and clean when I got there. They handled my insurance claim and made some repairs I had not anticipated. In short, they made sure everything was fixed correctly so that I would not be coming back for another visit. The only complaint I have is that there is some film or paint on the windshield. Didn’t notice it until I was driving off into the sunset in my newly repaired motorhome. Not sure what it is, but it isn’t coming off easily. I’ll try a rag with some acetone, which I suspect will clean it right up.I don’t know what a good RV roof repair looks like, but I do know when I have confidence in in a family business that is friendly, helpful, and takes care to make their customers feel comfortable and confident that their RV is in the right hands. That sense of confidence in them is reason enough to make J and L your first and only call when your RV needs repair.Service: Body & Trim
