Decided to switch car insurance for mi and my family and walked in to the Intercoast insurance In Fontana sierra and Merrill .after giving all my information to the representative he told me that I didn't was accepted he didn't give me any good reason. I don't recommend

Got me to sign a 99$ monthly and calls me later that week saying it’s going to be $280 a month and won’t return my 275$ first payment fee after saying I don’t want to do that and it’s not what I agreed to. Juven is so unprofessional!!

Honestly. I had the worst experience ever. I made a mistake. I Heard about this company intercoast insurance. on the radio. Piolin. Which I love He said This company had the best rates. I’ve had geico for 20 years. I spoke to Juven. He said he gave me a better rate than Geico. So I went with him. He charged me 700 plus dollars. He said it would be $411 a month after that payment for 4 cars. I called and got this like a 430pm. I never canceled Geico until th next day to cancel at 1030am. Geico said that they gave me a bad rate. Geico said. Call them back and cancel and they will give u your money back. I asked him. Are u sure I get my money back?? He said. Yes. Insurances go through this a lot and it hasn’t even been a whole day. Trust me he said. They will give u your money back. I called Juven the manager and explained to him that I wanted to cancel. He said no problem but he Would charge me $ 300 plus to cancel. I said are u serious? He said yes. For administrative work done. Wow. That is sad. Not even a day and he can’t refund my money. But he was quick to take my payment the day before. That took like 10 seconds to go through. So sorry. Terrible company and terrible service. He said he would try to get my money back. But couldn’t guarantee it. That is so terrible. People like that are sad. I will never recommend this company. Ever. TERRIBLE company

Trust me stay away from this place, even dealerships in fontana tell you not to go here this place is the definition of hook and bait!!!!!...nothing but a bunch of scammers filed complaint with city and bbb already lets shut this crooked place down!!!!
