This place was amazing! Unfortunately a part of my car came off. I had called various places but when I called here I communicated with Robert who was able to let me know the estimate of the damages no hidden fees and let me know there was a $500 off my deductible. It was my first time going through my insurance. It was so easy I dropped off my car and in 3 weeks got my car super clean and brand new! Easy process! I def would come back even if it s not through my insurance! Great honest work!

I was looking for a shop and found Insurance certified collision on Yelp, what brought me here was the $500 off deductible. When I brought my car Robert was really helpful, he answered all my questions and concerns. During the process I was kept on the loop of what was going on with my car and the insurance company. The shop did a great job with my car, this is a pleasant place to bring your vehicle to be worked on without worry about a mickey mouse result. I am so glad I found them, Its sad that honest, good and hardworking people are hard to find. That is why I highly recommend this shop.

Was rear ended and went in to get an estimate for the damage, the old bald guy who eventually came out was unprofessional and borderline rude. No customer service skills detected. All he did was grudgingly look at the truck and tell me that the insurance company would make their own estimate and then i can drop it off.... didnt offer to give me a written estimate and walked off... said he didn't want to help me since i already had an estimate from another shop.... this guy was really irritating and i would never work with him even if he did the the work for free. News flash, i was interviewing shops for exactly this reason! Customers dont have to hire with the first shop they go to! BtW, The place across the way (Gold Star) was much nicer and helpful.

They were wonderful and honest. They help me take some scratches out of my car, and showed me how to take scuff marks off my car. I would recommend this auto shop.

I have nothing but great things to say about Robert and Insurance Certified Collision. My truck was in a bad accident and was actually at another shop and no one wanted to work on it. Got in contact with Robert and I remember just talking to this guy and I really felt like he wanted to help so I took it in and they fixed it, my truck looks amazing. The pictures speak for themselves. I really appreciate everything he’s done for me, from customer service all the way to the work itself, their service is amazing and Robert is a really nice guy I won’t be going anywhere else and I’m recommending all my friends and family to them. My name is Brianna Nicole and I am the owner of Crown and Glory Hair Spa, a private salon suite located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The holiday season is the busiest for Cosmetologists because we're all working long days and nights to ensure that our clients look and feel their best during the most festive time of the year... I left my suite around 330 Sunday morning after working a 17 hour day, and my car just didn't feel right. It felt like I was dragging something and I could hear scraping when I turned the radio down, but because it was so late at night I didn't want to pull over to look and see what it was. Another car pulled alongside me and told me that there were sparks flying from the side of my car. When I got home and parked, I looked underneath my car and saw that there was a metal plate hanging from the underside of my car. I immediately sent out text messages to the 5 clients I had scheduled and canceled their appointments so that I could get my car situated. I called the dealership in the morning, but the service department is closed on Sundays. I hopped on yelp and made a few calls to the auto body shops that said they were open on Sunday, but nobody answered... Until Robert called me back. I explained my situation to him and he asked my to bring my car in so that he and his team could take a look at it. Within 15 minutes, Robert and his team secured the skid plate that had become dislodged from the undercarriage and secured the front bumper that the skid plate knocked loose. When I asked him how much my bill was, Robert said that there would be NO charge! He said that I'd missed out on enough money for the day and he didn't want me to lose out on any more, he just wanted me to drive safely. We live in a world where integrity and caring for others seems to be a thing of the past. It made my heart smile for a complete stranger to demonstrate empathy for me and my well being. I have already paid this favor forward and I fully intend to refer my family, friends, clients, customers, and co-workers here if they ever need auto body services. Thank you SO much Robert!

I regret ever taking my car to ICONCollision, they have poor staff with zero knowledge of customer service and how to complete task. Communication I rate Zero out of 10, they had one simple job to complete and failed me! They left me go almost 2 months now with a broken mirror they keep making excuses to fix, these have been all their reasons why; "we can't find a vendor", "it came in wrong color","oh sorry you have a faulty mirror", "it came in missing parts", "it came in as wrong item", seriously who is the person ordering and who are they really calling? They failed to communicate with me and their manager said I was waiting for you to call us since we called you once (1 time) they had my email and never bothered to call me again or send me a courtesy email nothing. I had to miss work and borrow cars to get to work when I've had to leave my car multiple times and nothing was ever done. This place takes zero actions and responsibility on what they have caused me.

Car was fading from the heat of California and brought it to Al and he took care of the rest. He was responsive kept me updated with the car details. Completed the job in a timely manner. Any fixes I wanted he would take care of. Car looks brand new! Definitely a great experience at Icon. Thank you
