This is where I go. Dr Lee is great. The place is small but they get the job done. The 4 kittens have been vaccinated, wormed and spay and neutered. Trying to find a forever home for 3 of them.

Well, it appears that customers who have been prior patients in the past cannot bring their dog back to get their nails clipped unless they pay another health check exam fee. We recently moved back to Fontana and our dog is as healthy as she was the last time we were at Humane Animal Hospital. We know our dogs better than the doctor and our dogs are healthy! The doctor is more concerned with making bigger money then a healthy dog trying to get clip nails done. If you are on a budget don't go here. I can take my dog back to Norco where I got her nails clipped many times and pay $14 and not worry about paying more money for a health check up. But I live in Fontana. So, is it Dr. Lee's goal to turn lower income people away and don't care to lose returning clients? It appears so. You set up shop in a lower income area, you should accommodate everybody according to their budgets. You got 2 stars because we use to love bring our dogs to you. You have poor customer retention.

I love the Doctor and everyone who works there is very friendly. But they should have emergency appointments a day, even if it is 3, she is a very good veterinarian.

Such a great doctor, super friendly staff and the pricing is great! I went to a vet inside a Petco and was quoted over $600, but this vet ascertained the problem and got me out the door under $300. We go here for all our regular veterinary needs now, cannot recommend enough!
