I never understood how people have a senior title even though they have never had any experience in reading tax information. The lady took two hours figuring out how to read and enter it into the system. During those two hours she called someone on her cell for advice and later she told me to come back next day. What a waste of my 2 hours. This is my first time ever doing my tax at H&R Block. I will never go again. They charge a high price compare to where I used to go. I went here cause its closer, but I rather travel to my go to tax service as they know what they are doing and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.
