Okay this is what happened when I got to this location to pick up my rental vehicle first the gentleman in the front desk talked about for 2 hours with another guy in the store I was supposed to pick up my rental car at 12:00 noon but because he’s was taking so much with another guy I had to wait 2 hours then when I asked him about my rental he gave me an attitude he was yelling and mad I only asked how long I was going to take more he told me he couldn’t help me and I had to cancel my reservation oh, by the way, he couldn’t help me do that either horrible service not recommended at all

I received a Rental today but it is so annoying to receive a Filthy vehicle not washed. The service from the clerks was good. But honestly this company MUST HAVE THE COURTESY TO PROVIDE CLEAN VEHICLES

O stars if possible I looked online and it said it had a small car with all insurance and everything was140 max I was already running low on funds due to being laid off when I got there with the code there telling me that they only have full size sedans I told them I don't have any more money then that I still needed to buy some food well guy up charged me for a nasty car had spilt coffee dirt and sand in-between the shift column I had to pay another 50 dollars for a car that had hair coffee sand and dirt

Waited almost an hour to get help .Got a confirmation online,got here told me they don’t have the trim I reserved, force me to upgrade rental fee jump from 200 to 800 .Be aware if you are renting at Hertz

If you are reading this review, get away this place. Never rent a car here if you don’t want getting in a trouble.
You book a car and when be there they don’t have your car. They always do that with everyone.
The manager was stupid and arrogant, I stayed waiting there for more than 2 hours and I saw him doing the same thing with 3 more costumers.
This store's rating is the worst it can be, I don't know how they still have customers. These are uninformed customers like me and others who don't pay attention to the rental company's qualifications.

Horrible experience!! Booked a 5seater Pickup truck for our family camping trip, booked it on tuesday ahead of time to pick up on Thursday after work before they close. I was called 1hr before pick up time for them to tell me that they will not have a pickup truck available for me and offered me a 2 seater commercial van!!!! Jeremy was no help! no other Hertz had a Truck available and most Hertz were closing in less than an hour, my only option given to me was to cancel my reservation and get a full refund but was not going to be available in my bank till 7-10 business days meaning that i wasn't going to have my money back in time to book a truck from another rental company! i was already on a budget with all the expenses of buying all camping equipment, Our trip was canceled and ruined by this company and their customer service! They showed that they dont care about customers

UPDATED… To 5 stars! I am Hertz Goldmember and I have rented a lot of vehicles in the past! I spoke to Roy the day before he was wonderful. I give him five stars.!
The vehicle I picked up was also great! The gentleman that helped me out that day, not so friendly and was not able to make sure that my rental went on my gold status! Nor was I any of the benefits of being a gold member! Trying to get a hold of Hertz to get My points put on my account has not been easy either!
I do not like the fact that you can’t drop this vehicle off after hours and put keys in a drop! I Had to keep extending my rental so I could get it there during office hours! Dropping vehicle off today so we will see if rating goes up!

Do not book here! Ceasar had the worst attitude and didn't have the car I requested available and told me that I would have to pay 30 dollars more per day and didn't even call me to inform me they didnt have the vehicle I requested this is my first and last time renting here absolutely unacceptable

AAA booked my reservation, and Ron Campbell stated I needed rental insurances which is incorrect because I have full coverage.
Also, Ron is taking photo of people's personal information of the company's computer with his personal phone and instruction Ceasar to do the same. Customer's information should not be on employee's personal phones.

I would give zero stars if I could. 2nd time I’ve used this hertz location because my auto body shop uses them. 1st experience was fine. 2nd one has been beyond horrible. When I went to get my Tesla rental they only had 1 available and it had a strong cigarette odor. Even though Hertz has a policy of a non-smoking fleet, the manager Ron said that’s all he has so it’s a take it or leave it. He sprayed a cleaner but it didn’t last long. My kids have asthma so I asked to return it because the smell was unbearable. I was told to come in on Saturday. I called and they said none available, come on Monday.
On Monday I go and the assistant manager Ceasar says he can’t accept the rental back because it’s dirty because of some dirty and grass. He wanted me to go vacuum it and bring it back. I was beyond myself as I’ve never had a rental company tell me this. I had to get my auto body shop involved to get the new rental (which was filthy and covered with bug splatter on front bumper).
After turning in the rental back I got charged $115 even though the auto body shop was paying for the rental. It’s been 3 weeks and Ron has no answer why I got charged.
I hope the auto body shop never uses this horrible rental shop again!

Roy did a great job getting me into a vehicle at very short notice since my company truck broke down on the 10 Hwy. When I arrived by Uber to Hertz Fontana, Roy was super helpful with full of energy and motivation. He understood my situation and tried to help although I didn't have a prior reservation. He got me the last vehicle availble, and even assisted with loading all my stuff taken from the truck. Thank you Roy for your professional handling and great service! Thank you Hertz Fontana!
