Got a Hat for a gift on Xmas and couldn't exchange it even though I had receipt and tags still on. Better off at lids or Hat club.

Came in today to return a hat I bought on December 22nd because the logo was off to the right about an inch it's all crooked , I'm a returning customer I always get hats off them I understand it's been a while since I got it but I work all day and when I'm off when they're closed . I came in to return it and they said they can't return anything after December and if it's a quality issue we'd have to contact new era ourselves, In other words they don't check the quality of the products they're selling to their customers, at least stand behind the products you guys sell . And I was gunna exchange it and get another one but f that I'm never giving them my business anymore and I suggest you don't either unless you don't care about quality

This place became highly recommended by a family friend. I see why. Staff was very pleasant and professional. The work was beautifully done and quick. I will definitely be using them for my future embroidering needs. Awesome place!!!

Messing up order Im being patient and there still rude about it. Came yesterday morning placed my order and today At 12 i was told it would be ready in 20 min i arrive later then that and they hadnt even been started, was told she would start it after the 1 tshirt they had already started. I didnt want to call since i understand being busy but at 2 they call saying it messed up and they were re starting it, waited over an hour to call and ask for an update, lady was rude saying there still backed up and they still hadnt started it and can not tell me when itll be ready and was told they would call me to let me know when they start it. Its about to be another hour and still nothing. I had Told her i really needed it by 4 all she just stayed quiet and said "umm.. itll be done today" didnt even care to apologize i defenitly wouldn't trust your company merch with this place cant even handle the 1 hat ill be ordering the rest elsewhere.

This place is awesome! They do great work, professional results, work fast and fair prices... I get all of my custom stuff made here for my job and for my son's baseball team! I always receive compliments about how cool and nice my stuff is! Thank you Hat Kraze!!
