The dressing rooms are still closed, why? Sometimes it's not convenient to go back and exchange items. They really should offer your money back if they won't open the dressing rooms. Sometimes you go to exchange and you don't find anything you like. They say none of the Goodwills have their dressing rooms open, but the one in Placentia does. It's just a much further drive.

Weirdest experience returning things that didn’t fit, the man working not even helping the cashiers to begin with was extremely aggressive and rude because the line was long and he didn’t know what to do. Once he stepped in he said kept being persistently rude. If you cant handle customer service, might need to get a new job rude Scrooge coffee hat guy.

Worse place to shop for a horrible customer service return policy is the worst for selling trash. They don't give you a Bouchard, so you can come back another day to buy something else

Today I had such a wonderful checker. His name is Nertar or JP I shop her at least once a week. He's always friendly. But he was letting the customers know about a 20 percent discount on the website. He showed about 3 of us. No one ever has taken the time to show me this. Plus every time he's there he shows attention to the customers. Some of them make you feel as your bothering them not JP. Thanks for giving great customer service.

Although I have reviewed goodwill before, the experiences I have had of lately have furthered my belief in this company and their employees. Recently I visited the goodwill store on cherry Ave and my grandma asked me to put some shoes on for her (she is in a wheelchair) and I am also partially disabled from having had a brain tumor removed some years back. So being in this predicament was not easy being that I wanted to help my grandma so while we were bickering, Lucas (a store manager) came over and put the shoes on for my grandma and not only did he help but he was super gentle and patient while she made her decision. She decided to get them and he came back to put her shoes on! We thanked him very much for doing this for both of us. These kind of actions are what make customers want to come back over and over again. Honestly this touched my heart being that I have known Lucas for some time and now I know he has a soft side for old ladies. Thanks again to this store and all of its awesome employees and merchandise! I'll be seeing you soon.

First off how is it possible to sell clothes & not allow people to use the dressing room??? Also my sister in law is in the military and you’re only allowed to use your military ID on Mondays? Like if they only work for us once a week right, what a joke… do better for our military. Also most military works Mondays, make it make sense please. Lastly, I told the girl at the desk that the tag I had from some American Eagle jeans fell which they did I literally have no reason to lie, they were $8.99, but no she didn’t want to let me have them, there was a blue and green tag sale, the pants were supposed to be 50% but because the tag was off she was just going to sell them to me original price, cool right, well no, she decided to charge me $12.99 without telling me. At that point I was so over it I just said let me have the stupid pants. It’s not the money difference it’s just don’t say one thing and do another and not let me know. Take from this to just make sure they’re charging you right and not over charging or not giving you appropriate discounts.

A couple of days ago, I took new PSAT and SAT workbooks to the back of Goodwill. It was during the posted work hours, but the door was closed. I heard someone talking in the room, so I knocked on the door. A bearded man looked through the window. I asked if I could give him the two books. He told me that they were full and to put them on the ground. I left with my books and I am sure there are students who could have benefited from using them had he taking a second to open the door.

I've been to many goodwill stores and this is the only one store where all employees look so unhappy, unwilling to help, and even worse the manager LUCAS, the most rude person I have ever come across, does not have a clue what costumer service is all about, I wonder how he got promoted to be a manager, I hope goodwill corporate office takes note of this review to make it a better place to shop as it is right now I am staying away from that store until changes have been made, I used to spend at least $200.00 dollars a week at this store but now they are not seeing any of my money anymore. HOPE THEY MAKE CHANGES.

Staff is rude and prices are high! I went to this location to look for a Halloween Costume for my kids. I have visited other stores and I noticed that this store priced their Halloween costumes almost twice the price as other stores. I am writing this review based off of my experience yesterday I went into the store to see if more costumes were put out. I found a wig for my daughter's costume which I felt was over priced, but I get to the register to check out and the associate asked if I wanted to donate to their cause... I said no, thank you. I donate by donating my clothes to Goodwill. So, he told me the price and walks away from the register. I assumed he was upset because I didn't want to donate. If he wants a donation he can donate his money out his check. I put my card in to pay and he goes to the other bay to start tagging some items. I stand there confused and then I asked " do I just grab my own receipt. So I grabbed it and I also had to ask for a bag. I will never ever donate a dime to Goodwill with associates asking in this manner.

Lucas was awesome. I had to donate a car load of books. He was nice enough to not only assist me, but he even brought out the cart so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. I thoroughly appreciated his assistance and will definitely be back.
