I was looking for a new place to get my taxes, when I was referred to Frances by my mother telling me great things about her. Going to Frances the first time was extremely pleasant, because she was accommodating with my crazy work-school schedule, she is a very honest person, and she has the heart of a teacher. Frances will communicate with you how the process is done, and give you up to date information regarding tax break the government offers you.This solidified my appreciation for her, and recommend that anyone who is looking for a new preparer you should give Frances a shot. Francis has been doing my taxes for over 12yrs. Prior to that, I had been going to H&R Block and during that time, got audited twice. I’ve never been audited by the IRS since Francis. She is extremely professional, courteous and very honest. She does everything by the book and is up to date on all the tax codes. I love her and have referred her to all my friends and coworkers.

I highly recommend going here to get your taxes done. @Frances-olla is very kind and professional. My parents have been going to her to get their taxes done for over 12 years and they have never had a complaint and now I go there to get my taxes done. I had a great experience and i plan on returning every year for my taxes.
